This month's “Tool of the Trade” is a 1969 white “maple cap” Fender Stratocaster, which Joe Bonamassa refers to as his “bronchitis Strat.” Joe purchased this guitar in Des Moines, Iowa, in 2017.

LOL< great story Joe. You're nuts, but I love that about you. I saw you on April 16th at The Chicago Theater. I think it was 2017???? It's the night Rhys was off to be inducted into the HOF. If you were sick, you sure didn't look or sound like it. We had great seats and the show was EPIC!!!!!

Oh they are... Even tho this specific model is a post cbs Fender era, which is not nearly as sought after as the earlier strats, doesn't matter tho, Cbs strats still rule, btw you recognize them by the larger headstock and the "Spaghetti" Fender font
