Cleveland weather forecast for Thursday, June 27, 2024.
Let's all settle in to a much quieter day as high pressure moves in for the next two days. We have some dense fog this morning, especially in our southeastern counties from Canton to Dover. This fog should burn off by late morning, giving way to lots of sunshine today as highs push the mid 70s. You'll notice it's a bit muggy this morning -- you'll also notice drier, more comfortable air moves in every single hour today so we should feel really nice by afternoon!
We'll begin to warm on Friday with highs in the low to mid 80s expected. Humidity will remain manageable with sunshine giving way to late day high clouds.
Attention then turns toward the weekend when we have our next storm system approaching from the west. Scattered rain and storms will be around on Saturday -- some of which could be strong and produce heavy rainfall once again.
We'll clear things out on Sunday with just a stray shower potential as some moisture lingers around the Ohio Valley. Highs will return to the 70s on Sunday with lowering humidity.
We'll begin to heat up as we head towards our July 4 holiday with additional rounds of storms possible later next week.
