We had this recorded onto a videotape and we watched it so many times that we wore the tape right out. My dad later found the first part at a video store for sale and bought it. We were a bit upset that it was only Alice in Wonderland and wondered where the rest of the movie was. I found the answer while at the library and found the second part while going through the kids movies. We got it out and watched it and it was still good. I found the dvd at a garage sale and bought it so now I own the movie.

So many moments in this movie are pure memes. The Carol Channing's epileptic "Jam Tomorrow" before turning into a sheep, crazy pepper lady throwing plates, the Lion and the Unicorn fight, the "silly billy" train scene with Mr Miyagi, every scene Red Buttons is in (white rabbit), the sad Cheshire Cat song, same with the Red Queen "Off with their heads", the hilarious trial, Ringo Starr singing Nonsense.. too many to count.
I never cared for the Disney version after seeing this as a kid. This version is just bonkers and packed with a LOT of personality.

This will ALWAYS be my favorite!!! I was able to find it years ago on DVD and now it’s my daughter’s favorite version as well. My oldest sent me a text today with a picture of a cake that looked exactly like the cake they split!! I HAD to see if someone posted a clip of this on here after that. So THANK YOU!!!!!

This was 2 years before John Stamos began his famous role as Uncle Jesse on Full House. I bet that's not a wig he's wearing, I bet that's his real hair. He did have long hair at this time and his hair has always been amazing as everyone says.

In the original book, it was hinted by both the text and the illustrations the White King's Messenger was the March Hare in a very thin disguise.

Actually, Harvey Korman is not The White Knight. The White Knight is played by Lloyd Bridges. Harvey Korman plays as The White King here.
