Always love this meditation so I'll have to go back to another channel I first saw it on. I was meditating so sweetly then ads started playing. Why are commercials turned on for a meditation video? Who wants to take random ads into their meditation space while in a deep serene trance? LAter
If you really want to experience this mantra, then commit 1 hour, take a shower ,c Keep you body hungry , light a candle and 100% commit as sadghuru sits in front of you. You will see that it opens up everything. Even the impossible
