- As the government has launched a new hiring scheme in the Armed forces with the name Agnipath, it has brought around a lot of chaos and confusion where some citizens are in support while many others are criticizing. Criticism is mainly due to the issues of short tenure and lack of basic perks, pension and privileges which in general come along when a soldier serves in the armed forces. Let's discuss what exactly this employment scheme is, why there is a controversy, why the government has implemented this scheme and the other undiscussed details associated with this scheme.

After 4yrs.. 22 or 24yr or 26yr old guy again starting a new life is not at all normal.. With 10th or 12th pass he will be sent home saying he is not fit to work any more in army.. How will he get job and even if he gets job he will not be paid 40000..
With 10 lakhs - 15 lakhs in hand usually parents will only try to arrange marriage and spend whole money on marrisge, honeymoon, relatives, pregnancy.. Remember they come from poor families, villages, towns for them money is biggest thing.. Spend full amount on useless things and finally.. Unemployed.

वर्तमान मैं मेरे परिवार से 13 लड़के आर्मी मैं है, 4 नेवी मैं जिनमें से 2 डॉक्टर के तौर पर है, 3 BSF जवान मैं 4 CISF मैं और बाकी दो PARA कमांडो मैं है। मैं भी जाना चाहता था लेकिन 3 साल तो भर्ती ही नही आई और फिर आई जो तो आपने देखी ही है।😢😢😢 अब कोई भी हमारे गांव मैं से तो तैयारी ही नही कर रहा 😢

sorry to say but this is so so so misleading. according to him army will induct 12000 soldiers instead of 60000 that means in long run army will have only 2.5lakh soldiers instead of 12.5lakhs. This is pure SHIT.. army will maintain 10lakh soldiers and in long run through agniveer 40lakh soldiers will be selected and out of them 10lakh soldiers will be selected as permanent soldiers who will get all benefits of regular soldiers. its like selecting few soldiers for ghatak platoon from whole battalion. army is going to be benefitted and also recruitment is also going to increase by 4fold.

If bangalore freshers salaries are upto 30000 also.. Every year increases by the age of 32 many earn 1 lakh or more.. With lots of opportunities, benefits, foreign trip etc etc
In army you join and work for 4 yrs and retirement amount totally 15-16 lakhs.. #Remember not 50 lakhs or 60 lakhs.. Just 15 lakhs.. 15 lakhs + no job..
But till u get job u will #automatically use this 15 lakhs only for house expenses, current bill, gas bill, shopping, food and etc..
After 4yrs of retirement what job u will get.. Do not expect high designation jobs..
Because after serving 15+ yrs in army people got security jobs.. But their age is also above 35.. Understood..
But ur age just 24, 25.. Security guard or plumber at the age of 25 with salary of 10000?
U earned 40000 but within 4yrs #downfall to 10000..
Whereas good smart boy will think higher.. Today after Degree 21yr old gets 18000 but automatically by 30yrs he gets salary of 70000 or more as cost of living increases.. Salary will also increase.
See present but be #carefull about future.. How much salary u need at the age of 35?
15000 or 1 lakh or more..

@@onaction9677 i got your point. but you didn't get mine.. army is going to decrease it number for sure.. it will come down to 9 10 lakhs.. so m saying that these 1lkhs will be permanent jobs right? and these 10lkhs will be selected from 40lakhs agniveers.. so basically the number of permanent jobs are same but short term jobs r increasing too.. not its upto others whether they want to join those non-permanent posts or not.. same is happening in other professions too.. lakhs of engineers r passing out many can't get a job but that doesn't mean that people should stop joining engineering. things is if more is inducted then from that pool even better soldiers can be made permanent as per requirement

Loved ur explanation. I agree on everything u said except the fact that we wont have retired men committing violent crimes. We have already seen examples around the world where retired servicemen have formed radical group. the three percenters in the USA and the Nazi organizations in Germany and even in India we have heard about retired servicemen joining gangs and I feel all of this is because they miss the brotherhood of the army and they are not properly compensated for their work which is so dangerous. Israel has same kind of a policy. and i think most people have very high level of respect for them. if they can train their men in 3-4 years, so can we. agniveers can also continue their graduation whilst continuing their training. so, no time will be wasted.

We are 8000 aspirants who had cleared written exam , physical and medical in 2019 and we were waiting for our joining letter since 2019 ...official websites had awaited us for last 2 years and Now govt has cancelled our recruitment।।
Same in Army there is 150000 students who are waiting for their CEE exam (last phase after physical and medical) and govt also has cancelled that ...Now wot u think is it not Injustice।।।This is the main reason of this protest !

Just wanted to bring out some facts mentioned in this video.
1st: permanent commission and SSC ( short service commission) are officers entry schemes only and going on from a very long time. Infact the ratio of officers getting permanent cadre post 10 yrs of service (without pension) is same as AGNIPATH scheme and that is 25%!!!
2nd: before AGNIPATH scheme, all soldier entry schemes were permanent cadre only!! The boys you are referring to I.e. leaving fauj post 15 yrs and doing jobs like security staff are pensioners!! Because in all three services(Army, navy & airforce) soldiers can quit/ retire from service post 15 yrs with pension benefits!!!
As you said, their must be some thought behind bringing this new schemes but yes, I agree, lateral absorption in paramilitary forces would have been much better and beneficial for the society as well as economical if we consider expense on training of new recruits of paramilitary forces would have been curtailed to some extent!!!
