Yes these people are found in many channels, Matts Off-Road Recovery for example, got their logos stolen and scammer use it... Most important. any link to a telegram should be questioned. *also read the description box of the channel* , if they really use telegram, that might be mentioned in the various links they provide.
@@dertythegrower as much as I despise scammers, Im starting ti understand why they do it. A well known verified youtuber uploads a video. A completely fake and unrelated channel that only shares the profile picture then comments under asking people to click links and join for prizes, the channel is unaffiliated, it has little to no subs, it has no content, and every single time there'd at least a handful of people who then reply to these scams literally commenting "scam" That's at least 5 things that everyone who falls for these things seemingly chooses to ignore. I don't understand. I genuinely do not understand. It's so insanely obvious. It couldn't be more suspicious. He didnt recognize him from the picture so he probably didnt know, it also seems that he was "working" solo, given how he was totally on his own Could be that he had multiple bots on different channels and just didnt look up any of them, the messages were pretty straightforward too with no context to the channel whatsover, just "got a scrernshot? How you wanna pay?"
99% of the people who do this dont even watch the videos. they just have a bot network that impersonates accounts with high subscriber bases and does everything automatically. so they only thing theyre actually doing is waiting on the other end of the phone for someone to fall for the scam and send them money. i personally find it really funny because for big big youtubers like markiplier, you can actually have up to a dozen different bot accounts active all trying to scam people first.
This is such a wholesome story that I have to support by leaving a comment. Thanks for doing this for the Nigerian kids and making a difference in their lives.
The Scam is probably designed for you, no one would result to scamming people just to help a sick mum, don't help these guys please. Abbey from Nigeria
These scammers have very a bizarre morality that can change at the drop of a dime. Went from trying to scam someone, to doing a job, to scamming again, to going out of his way to physically help a community with the money he earned from trying to scam. wtf
Not gonna lie, I had NO clue where this video was going, so many twists and turns and yet once again proof that there is still good in people, even if you have to search a bit to find it. Well done. One of the best vids I have watched in awhile. Thank you
Most Scammers are not poor or disadvantaged - just greedy and don't care who they hurt. But this time you found what might easily turn out to be a good man for the future. I loved this story that I didn't expect to turn out this way - Tales of the Unexpected. I admire what you did that facilitated this "conversion". Kudos to you Ben!!
wow you are so kind! Understanding that people do things when they are desperate for money and giving them a chance to do otherwise instead of simply judging and prosecuting. I mean it is a fact that these guys are from a horrible country with rampant poverty and shaky politics and it's a blessing that some of us were born in a developed country with opportunity.
This just shows everyone deserves a chance. You never know what people are going through. That doesn't mean it's ok to lie, steal or commit crimes to get what you need but if you can break down the walls people put up you can help them and see that deep inside everyone is love and goodness, it just needs to be found. 😊
You're quite an amazing person, Mr. "Rafone!" I normally skip over the sponsored ad in YT videos, but I actually watched this one in full so good job converting this scammer.

You were so patient with this guy! It's so frustrating that he's so eager to scam but had to be coaxed to do real work. 😓 But in the end he did something good.
So much pain and suffering in this world. I do not support scammers, but as a human being I feel for them. Their suffering is pushing them to create more suffering for others. God help us all and bless us all.
I just found this channel and WOW! I'm used to the legends Jim Browning and Scammer Payback but this guy goes WAY beyond! That was an amazing video - definitely subscribing!
15:01 what you seem to forget is that someone had to give him the opportunity first. Nobody spontaneously decides "I'm broke and starving, but maybe if i also worked for free I'll feel better" but if somebody gives you a chance to see what it's like it's hard to go back to your old ways. Speaking from experience here.
The young man did a great job with the ad. Maybe he's been approached by now for similar work. I hope through your help and pushing him his life has turned around. God bless you. 🙂

@@Apriliars I did say " try" duh
Can’t redeem the unredeemable!
I watched 100% of your add that was very impressive work haha I actually enjoyed it even knowing an add was coming!
😅😅

OK if you really got this scammer to read this ad and do this then you are brilliant on so many levels. not only did you tie it into your sponsor but if you really actually got this guy to go along and do this, I am very impressed and you deserve more subs!
Update, now that I actually decided to watch the whole video after my last comment, all I can say is bravo! Good job sir!!!
I love how you get them to fess up, and sometimes eventually attempt to turn around. No matter what he did with his life the next day(s), at least he wasn't scamming for that short time. We hope.
Your a good man Ben. And, those words certainly ring true....."No matter how bad you think you've got it, there is always someone out there who has it much worse" I hope this gave him something to think about and he learned a very valuable lesson.
wow the ad was actually amazing 😭😭
14:13 this part is also beautiful!!
this definitely altered his brain chemistry in a good way
This was a genius way to include your sponsorship. I usually fast forward through them but I listened to the whole thing and now im seriously considering buying it
I love how Pleasant Green is able to create a short video that takes you through such a wide range of emotions. He is teaching us how to avoid being scammed, and how to be a kinder person all in one.
You do have "something special for me".
You show me repeatedly how venal these scammers are, and give me a chuckle everytime one of them loses their cool, gets scammed themselves or says "Ben Dover" without any recognition .
Always informative and great content.
Thanks, good sir!
Dang. The fact that you taught the scammer the meaning of hard work is actually amazing.
Phrases used by scammers: “This is legit okay.”
I hope this format of video continues and spreads to other UA-camrs
I love that you treat the scammers like real people and try to lift them up out of what they're doing. A lot of scambaiters will insult them and make them mad which probably makes them double down on scamming people. Keep up the good work!
I absolutely love it when Pleasant Green emphasizes the scammer’s grammar errors like ‘I don’t want to LOOSE her’ 🤣
I was expecting a good laugh but I had tears instead. Helping someone in need is one of the best feeling a human can experienced
Wow I never realized a scammer can turn his life around that fast.
This exact thing happened to me a few weeks ago and they actually got hundreds of dollars out of quite a few people🤬🤬🤬.
That’s why I’m hesitant to do giveaways as the second you say giveaway they jump straight into the comments and copy paste congratulations to hundreds of people. They get you to go to that app and also ask for postage and tell people to pay with gift cards🤬🙄!
ok
Hey man, Love your channel and I'm stoked to see you're a fan of Pleasant Green as well.
Someone tried to get me as BigDaws. I downloaded a text app to realize i needed to pay shipping. HA! i knew it. gonna make a video out of it soon... lol
you can try a tool by another UA-cam to help that and its open source. It's called yt spammer purge.
Bro I love your channel keep stackin
What an amazing series of events! Started with a message on UA-cam trying to scam and ends with a young man visiting and helping at an orphanage! You sir are a humanitarian genius ❤. I just hope that this planted some seeds in this young man’s mind that working hard pays more that stealing.
Rapidly closing in on 1 million subscribers. You deserve it Mr. Dover. I really enjoy your videos.
This is the most wholesome video I’ve come across in a while. You changed a man’s heart for the good. Hope he continues in the righteous path and you sir, continue to be the awesome person that you are!
This could be a movie or a book, what you did for this young man was amazing
Yeah it's almost like it was completely scripted.

thank you for addressing these scammers, these guys almost got me
what stopped you from being convinced, how were you close to being scammed by these sorts of things?
Yes these people are found in many channels, Matts Off-Road Recovery for example, got their logos stolen and scammer use it... Most important. any link to a telegram should be questioned. *also read the description box of the channel* , if they really use telegram, that might be mentioned in the various links they provide.
@@isallah1kafir196 they do any size and company type.. i see them for years, and people fall for it lately? It is so obvious a scam
@@dertythegrower as much as I despise scammers, Im starting ti understand why they do it.
A well known verified youtuber uploads a video.
A completely fake and unrelated channel that only shares the profile picture then comments under asking people to click links and join for prizes, the channel is unaffiliated, it has little to no subs, it has no content, and every single time there'd at least a handful of people who then reply to these scams literally commenting "scam"
That's at least 5 things that everyone who falls for these things seemingly chooses to ignore. I don't understand. I genuinely do not understand. It's so insanely obvious. It couldn't be more suspicious. Which leads me to believe one thing, this world is full of people who are so mentally inept they'll just give you their money if you ask. It makes no sense. None of it does.
@@perfect.D-p3k I wouldn't tell anyone what stopped you from believing him. Don't give anybody any tips on how to make it more believable. It's good enough that they didn't scam you, and you picked up it was a scam. Don't let them know because they'll use it to their advantage. So glad you wernt scammed. 👏❤️👀
Impersonations have been trending for a while now, amazing work was done here, very unique! Keep making the world a better place everyone.
Great job incorporated the scammer into the paid promotion within. That helps people watch the sponsor while keeping the video story going.
You are truly a class act Mr P. Green. The world becomes better because of people like you The people that are blessed enough too know you should see this clearly!!
This made me tear up. You rock! Thanks for doing this. Showing him that other people worked hard for their money and he is taking their hard work.
Oh my goodness that brought a wee tear to my eye, I was genuinely moved by you showing him there is a better way ❤
I find it amusing that he decided to scam a UA-cam channel impersonating someone fighting scammers!!! 😂🤣
He didnt recognize him from the picture so he probably didnt know, it also seems that he was "working" solo, given how he was totally on his own
Could be that he had multiple bots on different channels and just didnt look up any of them, the messages were pretty straightforward too with no context to the channel whatsover, just "got a scrernshot? How you wanna pay?"
99% of the people who do this dont even watch the videos. they just have a bot network that impersonates accounts with high subscriber bases and does everything automatically. so they only thing theyre actually doing is waiting on the other end of the phone for someone to fall for the scam and send them money. i personally find it really funny because for big big youtubers like markiplier, you can actually have up to a dozen different bot accounts active all trying to scam people first.
He’s an Olympic class scammer.
This is such a wholesome story that I have to support by leaving a comment. Thanks for doing this for the Nigerian kids and making a difference in their lives.
This was a great way to stop people from skipping the sponser segment!
I've watched a few of your videos and this one was by far the best!
The Scam is probably designed for you, no one would result to scamming people just to help a sick mum, don't help these guys please. Abbey from Nigeria
Good content tho. Worth the pocket change.
It's a scam that is non-existant
Shoot I'd scam to save my mom's life. That's just obvious lol.
Well he did help him and his heart turned from evil to a good person
Ur a good person!!!
Thank you
I am all kinds of emotional right now because of this. Never would have guessed a Pleasant Green video was going to make me cry.
I'm not crying either, I got something in my eye 😭

"Out of evil cometh good ". ONLY God can do this, through us. There is indeed, hope for humanity 🙏 😀. All is NOT lost.
That ending was so wholesome. I can imagine he stayed the whole day!
What a great story. I am glad you persevered with him, and he did something good for once
wow you are so kind! Understanding that people do things when they are desperate for money and giving them a chance to do otherwise instead of simply judging and prosecuting. I mean it is a fact that these guys are from a horrible country with rampant poverty and shaky politics and it's a blessing that some of us were born in a developed country with opportunity.
Your reaction to this scam was incredible. I congratulate you for what you did. God bless you, Ben.
This just shows everyone deserves a chance. You never know what people are going through. That doesn't mean it's ok to lie, steal or commit crimes to get what you need but if you can break down the walls people put up you can help them and see that deep inside everyone is love and goodness, it just needs to be found. 😊
did u watch the entire video?
You're quite an amazing person, Mr. "Rafone!" I normally skip over the sponsored ad in YT videos, but I actually watched this one in full so good job converting this scammer.
Good message at the end!
We all should make the world a happier place for everyone!
Not everyone has the benefits of living in a rich country.
But those who don’t have no business trying to steal from the rest of us!
You make such a difference in their lives and I hope they continue what you've taught them. Way to go ex-scammer!
You know what? that was a breath of fresh air that he narrated that ad for you and did a pretty good job. I would like to see more of that, maybe you can turn some of these guys around, show them another way.
Your such a nice guy Ben dover.. offering scammers a chance to do good and some do.. most don't. One of my favorite channels to watch. Always waiting for the newest upload

Thank you for the amusement your username gave me, Jrrargleblarg. Hehe.
"You don't have to look far to find someone" touching words as well as music. I watched this multiple times, in tears...
This was awesome. Helping someone who is trying to scam you is a great way to pay it forward.
How can Ben be so patient with this scammer? My hat is taken off to him.
Hello from Scotland 🏴 Love your channel so much, wish I could do more on the fight against these scammers 😓
I could have said imitation is the sincerest form of flattery but the cheek of trying to scam a scambaiter is flabbergasting. Shows how heartless, fearless and tenacious these rats are!!😪
Dude had a great opportunity and ruined it for himself. That hurts 😭🤦🏻♀️ but this is very nice :)
I'm glad for the way the video ended. Kind of like how you helped an ex-scammer make a book and publish it to help his village raise some money. There are good people who do bad things, but then they turn their lives around in some way and make some good out of it once again. Kind of like how Trilogy Media has helped ex-scammers turn their lives around. I truly respect the work that you do. Please keep doing it! No matter how small you may think the difference is that you are making, it will make a big difference to somebody who needs it done.
This is one of the most _wholesome, Biblical, Christ-like, and tear-jerking_ videos I’ve seen in quite a while! I can certainly attest that it feels *AMAZING* to help others, especially those less-fortunate than you. Thank you Pleasant Green for this beautiful story! 🥰🥳❤️✝️
It's not often I want to actually click through to someone's sponsored ad, but honestly I want to this time because man was it such a clever and unique way of doing it. Fantastic job! And the ending was so wholesome too. I think you really helped turn that guy's life around and we now have one less scammer in the world 😀
If only that was the actual end of him scamming, that'd be nice, but may take more than this.
This video ended with such an unexpected heartwarming result. I’m amazed. I hope he stops scamming permanently.
Whoever was trying to scam him, if YOU see my comment, just know we are proud of you for what you did and I hope you stopped scamming. You made a difference with countless kids. Doesn’t that just feel amazing?! Keep up the good work. Good work comes with great rewards. We have faith in you.
I like your last words, kindness
This was a amazing video to teach him to help others then to scam ppl ❤️
Your a modern day super here Mr. Green... seriously where is your cape! Thank you for helping this guy see there's a different way!! A scammer reading a scam app telling you to be safe about scams not a bad gig, to bad he kept a story about his mom
I just wanted to say the way you didn't give up on this person is why Love your channel sir, You don't just say there's good in everyone, you do your upmost to bring it out of them. We all end up in dark places and sometimes you can be in the dark for so long you think what you do to live is normal and justified. People like pleasant Green are for the those people to guide them out into the light, even if they have to be firm and drag them along a little.
Thank you for this. This comment in a sea of negativity and trolls, made my heart giggle. So thank you. Such kind words.
