also Chase here’s some tips: -infected can’t see your flashlight. -utilize the throwables! not just for a distraction, but for stuns too. -melee melee melee! I didn’t see you use your melee weapon in the first video. I love a good stun+melee combination. -you can stun clickers with throwables too, I’m not sure if grounded changes that or not. It may be very risky lol. -leg shot or head shot+ melee is a good combination too! -I know you love stealth, but there’s gonna be some situations where you HAVE to play aggressively/ use ammo. All I can say is make EVERY shot count. -you’re playing on grounded where resources are limited so you already know to conserve your ammo/resources. I’ve never played PT 1 on grounded so props to you & good luck.
Some advice for the library, whenever you get to it, there's maybe 20 guys in and outside of the building. If you stick to the right side of the building you can sneak past or silently take down the guys on that side. Head to the back and up the stairway. Drop a smoke bomb just inside the room and run out of the exit directly to your right. They might shoot at you but they won't chase you once you're outside. Hope thia helps, Grounded is all about stealth and resource management.
Since you are on grounded you should probably know that the revolver, rifle and the bow will all 1 shot runners, stalkers and humans without armor, no need for headshots with those weapons. Can work on armored humans as well just have to shoot their shin/arm, somewhere with no armor.
Chase, u stressin urself out brethem, USE UR BOW for stealth encounters, Its always a 1 shot tbh if u aim for head and maximize the draw power , I think its always a one shot on runners with a full draw body shot, another few tips is, u can use your flashlight on infected, flashlight doesn’t alert infected only real humans, but im not sure about grounded mode, and another thing when u aim u can press square to switch shoulders, so u can see around corners easier instead of having an FOV slider like u mentioned, u be strugglin to fully see around them corners brethem, just swap shoulders while aiming
