  • José Raúl Capablanca y Graupera (19 November 1888 - 8 March 1942) was a Cuban chess player who was the third world chess champion from 1921 to 1927. A chess prodigy, he is widely renowned for his exceptional endgame skill and speed of play.
I hope you would enjoy this endgame played between Capablanca and Nimzowitsh and learned something valuable from it. Have a great day!
Even if the engine declare this position as +1 for black, in fact it’s not easy to convert this, because of the bishops being on the different colors. One thing you should always do in an endgame vs one bishop is to put your pawns on a different color than your opponent bishop so it could be safe from any attacks. So it’s black to move and can you spot the winning move black?

Always remember in the endgame, when you are up vs one color bishop, keep your pawns on the opposite colour
