The way that Joel and Ellie are so similar that either of them could be singing these.lyrics is a beautiful touch that warms my heart.
This fits Joel and Ellie and their relationship so perfectly that the song let me tear up. What an amazing song.
The game was perfect, can't say the same for the TV show. Like common, they could not find a damn 11-year-old kid, they really had to put a 14+ year old kid in the first episode, and on top of that, they made Ellie ugly in the TV show, doesn't come close in terms of looks like the video game. I know America is a dumpter fire promoting fat women, crazy people, transgender people, etc, but at least they should not F. up the TV shows. Those 2 mistakes were enough for me to not go beyond the trailer from UA-cam. And let's be real, we all liked Ellie from video game when she started going hard on Joel, just being a little jerk, until they got to know each other during the game, that kind of bond can't be replicated in that cheap TV show, no offense to the main actor, not his fault.

@@MagicalShiBirb My man, look at how the character in the game looks like, and look at that thing from the Netflix series, seriously, and they also replaced the 11-year-old kid from the game with a 15+-year-old for what??? Too much trauma for people to see an 11-year-old kid playing dead so they decided that a 15+ kid will not be so traumatic for the public. Just to get my point, imagine that Netflix is doing a documentary about Obama, but the dude is fat and ugly compared with the real Obama, that's exactly what Netflix did with Ellie. They put a thing that doesn't come close to the original game character, not even the character from the game isn't there. I can't even call her a woman for how ugly she is, she looks more like a trans dude who think is a woman.
