About energy transmission
This video channels energy from the Divine through the channel, into you. It is always sent for your highest and best good and the highest and best good for all involved.

Felt amazing! Ive found myself in the grocery store before, when this urge suddenly hit me, to breathe straight inti my heart & then send it back out on the exhale.... I didn't know why I had this urge or where it came from, but I did it anyway. It felt natural so I just went with it. This works. I was skecptical when i started. And then i started ceying and purging out of nowhere although no particular event or incident came up in my thought. I am looking for a meditation to reassure my twin flame's children of my love for them
Thank you so much for your gift and healing. I did not know I had so many blockages to my heart chakra until this meditation. Past trauma and experiences were still hanging on. I felt like I was purging out this dark energy and smoke and felt very out of breath. But I was surprised bc in that moment I realized I had to forgive myself too and not just other people whose actions have hurt me... but my own personal actions that have hurt my heart too. I forgave myself. I cried after this purging. And then i felt light. It was beautiful. 💖 thank you 🙏🏽

I know what you mean. I've been told that my heart chakra was probably blocked given a situation I'm in but as soon as this meditation popped up, I knew it was meant for me. I have been putting it off for a few days but it was in the back of mind to go ahead with it. It's funny how healing works or life in general. There's always an unsaid resistance to things that are good for us. But nevertheless I hope this brought healing to you and all others watching!
