I’m not sure if it’s just me (it may be) but I find there’s been a releasing segment to each of these sessions and that can be triggering to have to unintentionally dredge up with every reiki session. I feel better and more relaxed when I don’t have to figure out what I need to fix or solve or release. When it comes unexpected or unplanned by me, It makes me tense and it restricts my cells and adds resistance to my body. Rachel, I love your energy I just wish there were some session where I wasn’t put to task to bring up stuff that concerns me. Thanks for listening. You’re great.
