Not really. It's basically just a strong appetite suppressant. It doesn't burn fat off, it just makes you not hungry. It's just like any other diet product. It'll help you lose weight but you have to maintain good habits when you come off of it.

GARLIC MEG!!!!
Organic garlic either crushed or minced. DON'T BUY PRE-CRUSHED OR MINCE crush or mince yourself. Let it sit for at least an hour (that activates the natural antiviral/antibacterial compounds of the garlic) and take with a meal. I'd do this twice a day with Bragg's ACV with the mother. If you don't feel better by the end of the day you'll definitely feel better by day two. Continue using until day after symptoms subside
I haven't been sick in 8 years since I've started this regimen so now I just do it a couple times a week or whenever I feel something coming on and by the next day I feel better. Caught the vid and was over it by day 4 back in the beginning of 20 and nothing there after.
Ingredients per serving:
2 medium to large cloves of garlic
2 tbsp of avc in a glass of water

I actually LOVE adulting. I much rather be an adult than a kid. Being an adult is indeed harder than being a kid, and there are more consequences for adults, but I choose adulting over being a child. I like the freedom, silence, and simplisitc life that adulting brings. But, that's just me.

Had to chime in but Lulu that is not OCD I hear stories from people that wash dishes over and over until there hands bleed, with bleach and burning water, then get arthritis early on, like Pat said, you clearly see that the dishes are still dirty after using the “dishwasher” that seems like a normal, common level of concern one may have, but nowhere near, to the extent of someone diagnosed with OCD just keepin it a buck here

This! I keep disposable plates, bowls, and flatware. And for pots and plans... if it's barely dirty (like, I boiled eggs in it or something) it's nothing to take 30 seconds to wash it. If it's dirty dirty (like, I fried bacon in it) I don't trust the dishwasher to get it clean. Either way, the pots and pans are getting a hand wash.
