UNE lecturer in the Indonesian program, Dr Indra Saefullah, invited the Indonesian Ambassador to Australia - Dr Siswo Pramono, who came to visit UNE on May 6, 2024 - to be a special guest in this episode.
The Ambassador discussed his journey to becoming an Ambassador; Indonesia's international relations, particularly the future of the Indonesian-Australian relationship under the newly elected Indonesian president, Prabowo; and the country's position in the geopolitical tensions in the Indo-Pacific region.
