Poor chap! Do you think its a credit to say that you have very limited lexical resources in English being a malayalee. Alas! every name boards in our state has English translation and description on it ; moreover, we prevail over other states in literacy. So, if you don't comprehend those dialogues that means, you are indolent person in learning English. It doesn't indicate speaking in English is awful. Anyway it is a show in malayalam so they should try it hard to avoid English that's it. It doesn't mean to be sarcastically comment at others who speak exceptionally well than people like you.
People who give huge significance to malayalam are artists, poets, writers in industry and government officials of kerala, so they definitely demean people who speak eloquently in English. Tamil is the mother of malayalam, it is derived from Tamil, so whether tamilians could expect or urge you all to know and speak tamil well? You could give just lame excuses and so many emotionally overwhelming land and language lovers are there in kerala and in many places, who humiliate English speaking people. However, I'm certain, it is not that they know other languages well or they are not fluent in malayalam even not because their incompetence in English😜. Just it is enviousness. I am malayalee, I know malayalam, so what? I can speak English too... Malayalam is not feeding me or any government does.They exist in this manner only because of me or people like me who are in abroad sending and investing money in this country. Give importance to mother tongue and to any languages while communicating equally or else there is nothing or no reason to show contempt or disdain on others who speak English, especially when they use other languages in great way while communicating. It is a show so they should abide rules but no mockery is needed.

@@redrose7425 I am explicit about my intention, you have got mistaken in understanding people. He is a malayalee, if he is really a naive and gullible person then he shouldn't be sarcastic to others in any platform. Moreover, if he has drawbacks in him then he should realise it and he should have been polite and show some modesty in his comments or at least, never judge people. So, if he doesn't know some foreign languages to convey message then avoid judging at people who all do that and on top of that, he dares to mock others who could speak that same language then I don't have to feel pity for such people. Evoking such realisation, to at least stop satirical comments at people is crucial in my perspective, so I slammed at him. Some people might have same issue with mother tongue, as they live out of the state or country or even born and brought up somewhere else. I never hurt people who have limitations in languages, unless they are arrogant and at the same time mocking at others for the same reason. This person could comment in different way; however, he showed his real trait, may be you didn't understand by reading that comment but I can't resist in making realisations for such person. He could have taken it as an opportunity to learn rather than being sarcastic. I am sure, he never spare Dr. Shashi Tharoor too if he sees his videos😜😜😜
