Sounds like investors should be good at identifying the best businesses, but not necessarily at creating them. Even Buffett mentioned in his latest Letter to Shareholders that nowadays it's hard to find valuable investments. Maybe it's because all the resources and smartest minds are drawn to wealth management rateher than entrepreneurship.

@@ronnychacko136 Thanks for that. I can confirm that it wasn't COSTCO. Munger never reveals what company it was, to my knowledge, and it would be pretty hard to figure out. In one of the Daily Journal Annual Meetings someone asked what company it was and Charlie said he couldn't remember which makes it even harder for us to figure out. While I don't remember which meeting he said it (sorry), he did give us a clue. I think he said it was a car parts manufacturer or something close. I could find this reference if you absolutely need, but I'd recommend the Daily Journal annual meetings
