with DS Doom, I find that using 2 of the letter buttons to turn to be a bit more akin to how you would play the game on keyboard. So like Y and A turn and the shoulders shoot/interact . I also went with a Japanese DSI because all the DS lites were twice the price and with worse wear. None of my GBA carts work anymore anyway.
Hey brad, this project is amazing. Recently got a dsi and modded it and just found this video. Would you mind telling me all the different emulators and programs and such you used? Right now i have a good chunk of the ds library, and would love to get the amount of games that you have.
I am very novice when it comes to modding but I believe when you download a game like how you could from the eshop back in the day it would require a game code. So basically when you bought a game you were really just buying a code that allowed you to play the game, and these roms I think are exported from physical cartridges and the software bypasses the need to physically have the game. Again I am not super knowledged in this but I believe thats how this works.
Got the same colour but my dsi xl doesnt recognize my finger just the stylus and sometimes not even that i see the end of the stylus is kinda worn out, might be that?
@@JOVANYVLOGZZ I use Buyee as the shipping costs are a bit better to Australia. Another company that lets you buy from Japan auctions is Sendico. I'd just look at both and see what's better for you. Keep in mind that the shipping costs are still quite high.
Awesome vid! Got a Dsi Xl on the way!
I got a DSi XL the other day, loving it.
Man those screens are so much better than the new 2/3dsxl screens holy crap

How to change theme?
Can these run gba natively or only emulated?
the gba games run through a translation layer using gbarunner2
How did you get the SNES games to run and the Genesis games?
twilightmenu
