Such panoramic landscapes. And such an adventurous trip to remember for many lives to come. That music makes it a bit melancholic, like transcending time... or like anticipating a longing sometime far in the future, centuries or millenniums away...
This kind of content is so hard to produce. Shooting urself walking along the trail..i can imagine how many times you have to walk back nd forth to get ur camera back 😀. All the best man...nd excellent production as always 👍🙏
Like HW Tilman used to say "No foot journey is without abiding interest". This has been an unforgetable trip for you. Thanks for sharing it with us Saravana. Nice music too
This is nothing short of any Netflix level documentary. You're one of the most hardworking and creative person on UA-cam. You're truly inspiring by the hardwork you put into making these beautiful cinematography and hats off to your willpower in these extreme conditions by facing them alone. More power to you 👏😊 you gotta also respect these kind hearted people living in these harsh conditions who welcome strangers with a heart warming smile even though their life is so tough 🙏 God bless you and all those people. Stay strong and safe 🤗
Thanks Kartik. Actually I'am not very hardworking when it comes to my videos. Maybe yes, my travels might seem like hard work, but I do not put the same effort to make videos while traveling. Most of the interesting bits and interactions happen off camera and I really should be putting more efforts to capture them.
@@indiainmotion Please do it because if this is so good what you're filming already then that would be incredible to watch more of it 🤩 that would be treat for us. Amazing work Saravana Anna, I am reccomending your work to all my friends and passing it on social media !! Watching your videos every day during lunch time to escape my reality.
I feel very happy that I get to see these remote and very beautiful areas of my country from the comfort of my home. You as always are an inspiration, sir.
Hi this is tenzin, I like watching zanskar through your prespective. I used to work in zanskar. In luknak Valley there are few interesting routes if you want to challenge and explore. One is from kargyak via tsarichen la toward sarchu and the another unexplored is the route from Tia village near kargyak towards Raru phuk via La which we named Tarva la. Keep enjoying the mountains. 👍
Thanks Tenzin. I have added your suggestions to my notes. Although I'am less interested in trekking these days and more interested in seeing how people live in these remote places. I would ideally like to find a remote Dogsa where people take their Yaks in the summers. This practice has stopped in many places, I heard that they still do it near PensiLa in Stod, hoping to find something similar in Lungnak as well.
You are the most genuine and hardworking content creator on this UA-cam space. Respect to your hardwork and perseverance.may you reach many more highs. Respect🙏
Thank you for your existence. The landscape shots, the storyline, the cuts and of course the voice overs have the magic of teleporting me from my life straight with you. It rekindles the need to throw everything away and just be, just like these good humans of Zanskar.
The drone shots are breathtaking. Such videos are a lesson in humility, being thankful for what we have. Especially as city dwellers, staying without phones, dropping in a sleepover guests, jumping in to help each other out whether asked or not, something we cannot imagine. But the mountain folks teach us a lot. The true meaning of society and what everyday survival is about when it comes to the bare basics.
I am going to watch again n again.....because evertime I watched i feel refreshed. By watching your videos I learnt "Simplicity is a another way of meditation"
Your commitment to your art shines through in each of your videos and you are getting better at it! We are privileged that you are recording these beautiful places and sharing it with us. The road less travelled is the one you take, even though it is such a difficult one. It's truly admirable! More power to you!
Your parents must be worried for your safety all the time. But you got a glimpse of the tough life of zanskaris which they live with a smile hats of for the amazing souls. And icing on the cake you got a ride on chinook God bless 👍. Take due care.
I had been to Zanskar solo, in the summer months...but I realise from your videos that the real thrill and challenge comes only by visiting during the freezing winter months. Good job. 👍🏻
The slow and steady background music perfectly suits the scenes. This video has no time-lapses, and that really shows your focus was to get network first to make a phone call. I really like it when you name the place/location. Thanks for the OpenStreetMaps. I also traveled with you on map Phukthal - Purne - Itchar - Reru - Munay - Padum.
