Freak storm leaves Polish city blanketed in hail

- A hailstorm left streets in the western Polish city of Gniezno flooded on Monday as storms passed over the country.

Footage shot by the private broadcaster TVN24 showed vehicles and people passing through the flooded streets, and hailstones floating on the surface of the water. Poland's weather agency said the 'violent' storms would continue into Tuesday, with areas of the west and south-east particularly affected by hail, heavy rain and strong winds

A thunderstorm strong enough to produce a large amount of hail will also usually drop a lot of rain as well, which then produces situations like this where the hail gets washed into deep drifts and is left floating atop the flood water.

as a proud polish citizen, i love storms and weather, i was through a storm with hail and heavy rain but nothing was floded. for poland this is INSANE

Gniezno the 1st historical Polish capital in horrible, terrifying state. I'm really not superstitious but prior to that hail I had thoughts that Poland is really endangered looking what is happening now what external forces do in Poland, what their representatives do, how its development is suppressed. It's undoubtedly unprecedented. There were never such a ubiquitous scam, distortion of the truth, confusion and self-distractions and the people dazzled in unprecedented scale.
I wonder which political party rules in Gniezno? 😂

You don't have to be a scientist to realise this.
You just need sufficient common sense to learn what has been done to our planet, what's still being done to our planet, realise that spending over 200 years constantly burning immense stores of carbon that then gets trapped in our atmosphere isn't a great idea, and decide that having nearly every nation run by people who neither know nor care how to do anything about it is an even worse idea.

Europe have the worst weather on the planet. Everything is so extreme! Too cold during the winter! too hot during the summer or even worse no summer!
Nah. Europe have very moderate climate for its geographical location. It should be colder in Europe but goulf stream make wewther warmer

@@ES11777 No its not. I live in Europe. In northern Poland. Summer is sometimes hot but never over 40 Celcius. In winter we have rearly temperature lower than -20 Celcius. This is not extreme it is what is called moderate climate. In Siberia in winter is -50 and in Dubai nearly + 50.
