I am working process on been a vegan I never see anyone in my family eat healthy. So in April 2021 I did 3 days toxic it was hard for me I though I was not going make it. I did not know my body was so weak. When I did it I feel good inside. I had my ups and downs with eating healthy I am still a beginner. On positive note I have not had pop in 4 months. My skin is become much clear. This month I have been start slow eating small two veggies day and drinking 2 bottle of lime water. I know with prayer and faith in Lord I will become full vegan and break bad unhealthy food eating.
Awesome video content, now I know what to look for when I visit these cities. Nuvegan in Washington DC and College Park, Maryland is black owned I believe. Wonderful food and service.
Peace and blessings to all the Black-owned vegan restaurants listed in this video. Thank you, Black ExcelList, for featuring The Land of Kush in Baltimore. I'd love to connect with you and build some more on my show, Naijha Speaks. Looking forward to hearing for you. 🖤
If you're in the Dallas, Texas area visit Bam's Vegan, Vegan Vibrationz, and ITSO Vegan! My hometown area, Tacoma, made this list!! Now I know who to hit up when I travel. This video came through clutch!! 😋🤗
@@BlackExcellist Can you do an episode on closing the racial wealth gap by investing in real estate, learning financial literacy, getting life insurance, and supporting other black owned businesses with group economics? Also, talk about how the federal government still owe us money due to redlining and other systemic racism issues that occurred like getting houses appraised less in amount because of us being black which is statistically shown, black people not getting paid the same amount as our white counterparts of the same backgrounds and experiences, talk about how our wealth got stolen and destroyed. You can talk about “Red Summer”, “Buck Breaking”, the history of Lake Lanier, Central Park, Tulsa Massacre, Lake Murray Dam, etc.
Houston Sauces are delicious.... Most recently made a purchase the cost is worth it😋.... I'm one for fresh vegetables~ meatless meals .. Thank you for sharing
Some other good ones on the east coast are Natural blend in Brooklyn, Uptown veg in East Harlem, Hibiscus cafe in Philly, Nile Cafe in Philly, Ward of health in Harrisburg, and Nu Vegan in D.C.
@@blackOneTime not only Majani’s, who’s food is DEFINITELY Top-Notch, but not including The Original Soul Vegetarian (now Soul Veg. City) is almost criminal. The Original Soul Vegetarian is the blue print for every single Black Vegetarian/Vegan restaurant joint that followed.
I approve this Message! 💰 B1✊🏿

Do you practice or are considering embracing Veganism? If so, what are your personal benefits. If not, what are the challenges?
@@olly2027 What would say your increase in cost is with going a more healthy diet? 10-20%
It’s the access for me and when I do find plant based, it’s the cost

You should do one about the black RV club NAARVA
Interesting, but is it really "health food" if a lot of it is processed food like the fake cheese, mayo and meat, etc?
