I had a model older than this one that I love. My sister has difficulty with tools that are too heavy and she actually loved mine and found it easy to use ua-cam.com/users/postUgkx_rBCFuDW1zD6blTGhLkvAkxU657uR_lG . This is a newer model but was even lighter which she really appreciates. She enjoys it and I no longer have to go to her house to trim as she can handle it fine. Haven't used it enough to comment on the battery life but lithium batteries last longer than the old style. Being cordless makes it easy to trim the far edges of the property. The entire yard can be trimmed with one charged battery.
Thanks ... I had my own property management, maintenance (repairs and lawn) and remodeling business of commercial and residential for 32 yrs ... back then Stihl controlled the market I need one for around the house now That it was time to retire one of those trimmers I kept when I sold the company. ( can't complain it was 24 yrs old) I have heard all 3 of these are good and am willing to give others a shot also at my age weight has to be considered.
I have an Echo SRM 4600 a 46cc beast with aluminum body not plastic rubbish. A little heavy but i love it . Easy to start and just runs like a dream. Have run 4 tanks of fuel through it one session running it at full throttle 98% of the time and it didn't miss a beat! Had it for 5 years and only replaced a starter rope and spark plug.
The Speed Head on the Echo 2620 has a wear indicator on the bottom. That head cover can be replaced. Refer to page 38 in the operators manual for the SRM-2620 Grass trimmer/ brush cutter. just a response to your minor complaint. :) I love your reviews. You are very thoughtful and sincere. Thanks for your work.
Used many strimmers over many years and I have to say that my Husky 535LK is my favourite, nice weight and well balanced. Not as powerful as a dedicated brush cutter but still enough to use a clearing saw, plus all the attachments available. Pro combi's are a great if a bit expensive option but it literally does almost everything but mow!
Husquvarna also has rubber grips on those plastic handles as well just have to order it or specify when you buy it is all my 326LX came with them but I've seen many 326L without the rubber grips
I still have a T242 that I use every week commercially. I used it today. Had it since 2009. The old Shindaiwa models, true Shindaiwa before Echo took over, were absolutely amazing trimmers. I'm fixing to try a couple new models for fun though. Stihl 94R, Stihl 111R, and Husqvarna 525LST. I'm just really skeptical on the 111R being 4mix and I held it at the dealer and it feels really heave. 94R and 525LST feel so light, its insane.
I loved the little whisper of "that's what she said" when you were talking about the heads. Made me crack up! Thanks for the video/reviews! I'm going to be watching more of your videos
Here in SoCal, a lot of us use TMC weed whackers. . If you can ever get your hands on one, I recommend the TMC KPW2750V weed whacker. It uses a Kawasaki 26.3 cc engine and the best non intrusive guard on a weed whacker, and best trigger in my opinion. Cons I would say is vibration and the weight, other than it is solid and reliable. Having said that, the 2620t is an amazing machine.
I'm thinking of doing the same thing, but I'm gonna wait till they're completely dead ( husqvarna chainsaw , Toro blower & hedge trimmer) before I replace them. However the Husqvarna 128 curve shaft I bought 5 years ago is pure trash! I'm a xbox gamer & drummer & I'm only 35 but I'm getting some bad stiffness in my right ring & middle finger & my thumb. So if its Stihl or Echo idc I just gotta have reliability, power & most of all comfort!
C Allen maruyama is low vibration and totally made in Japan. I love my echo 2620, but the vibration of using all day is affecting my hands. Idk why they use a stupid cable. Only con to that trimmer. If I could do it over, I would have got the 3020. It’s nominally heavier, and feels really balanced. Plus it is made in Japan. My uncle got one today and it was super impressive.
Last time my wife went into the garage she asked me why did I have 4 weed eaters and I answered, I don't have 4 weed eaters, I have 2 weed eaters one for light duty, 1 for tall grass, 1 with a blade and 1 with a chainsaw blade four branches and then I proceeded to ask her why does she have so much makeup and shoes and clothes, end of argument.
I own 11 weed eaters now,and all 11 of them are husqvarna's.that I use in my lawn mowing business,my favorite is the model 322l now and I have 3 of the 322l's for just me to use.the husqvarna 322l models are light with a 22cc motor and a shaft length of 84 inches with aluminum shafts, and they are not cheap I'm price to now.but now a days it what you pay for in most and anything anymore!!!!
I'm wondering if I'll ever get answer back from this question, WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PREFERRED TRIMMER LINE, and what is your favorite blade wheel, I really mean if your gonna trim heavy thick grass, I've been doing some research on this topic, I have already have notes, I'm just wondering what your choices might be,
Echo and Husqvarna are good trimmers I had Husqvarna used for 25 years and died it ran good. Now i have Echo SRM 2620 trimmer bought it brand new 2 years ago I like it
Got a buddy's Husqvarna 525 rx to fix, ignition coil should not be dead after only 3 years semi commercial use! Replacement should not be $85 to $100 either. Moved to Echo myself and have not looked back, love it. I used to run stihl but when I looked at replacing my stolen old stihl trimmer to find 25% price increase but 25% less quality I walked away.
i just purchased the husqvarna 329L on 8/2/2020 from lowes. last year 2019 i purchased the craftsman 4cycle 30cc model; it worked good and i even bragged to my neighbor about the power and less noise with the 4 cycle engine. after storing it at end of season i pull it out in may of this year and the starter string would not pull out no more than 2 inches, finally after maybe 100 something tries, the string extended out, put new fuel in, new oil, 200 pulls no start. sat 8/1/2020 i go to lowes and get the drill bit to electric start it, after many tries with the drill and the machine seeming to want to come on i decide to go purchase another new weedwacker, thats how i ended up with the new husqvarna... i hope it last me more than one year, and i wish the plastic housing around the motor didnt look and feel so flimsy. the plastic on the craftsman felt a little more substantial.
I like how light and smooth the motor is on the husqavarna is, but I did break the trigger on the husqavarna from them trying to save money on the trigger and housing assembly. Cheap plastic. Only big factor that keeps me from being team husq is that.
Their triggers make my arthritis flare up! Especially that small safety button on top! I'm done with, but I'm keeping my Husqvarna Self propelled & 240 chainsaw until they die or until I get a good offer on the saw ( gonna get whichever is more comfortable Stihl or Echo)
@@callen7436 bought a new echo straight shaft weedeater a few weeks ago. Has it's own issues with the engine shutting off randomly, but it definitely has that torqe, and has nice handles and trigger. The string head is on it is my favorite out of all of them. So easy to reload.
@@hermancm Yeah, I ordered mine from darwins grip dot com, and I advise you to do the same instead of buying it from ebay because that one on ebay is the older version and the one they sell now is the updated version. It was just under $60 but well worth it, check out the reviews here on youtube. I really only have one on my stick edger, my string trimmer gets flipped upside down too much so I didn't put one on it.
Big Texas Ok I went to their site and saw the new grips. I’m not sure if I’ll get one or not yet. While I was trimming yesterday I thought about it and with my lightweight Husqvarna 525L I really don’t experience any discomfort in my back like I used to with the heavier home use trimmers that I started out with. But while looking at Darwin’s page I saw someone who uses waterproof covers for his trimmers and I wander if those are really needed? Sometimes I bring my trimmers in the garage when it looks like it’ll rain but often they get rained on and I don’t think it effects them much.
@@hermancm Yeah I wouldn't leave my equipment out in the rain, it promotes rust and corrosion. It's ok for them to get a little wet but you don't want to make a habit of leaving them outside.
But I dont lie.I do not like the free echo, that echo sent me, the most. The husqvarna handle is what prevents it form being my favorite. So as usual stihl wins.
With vibration on the Echo, you said it was an early model before they were even available. Are you sure it has a cable? Since the early ones came with a solid hollow shaft that Echo replaced due to vibration issues.
Have you tried any of the newer 4 stroke? Say, for example, the 324L Husqvarna. It has a Honda engine and is super light, 11 lbs. Echos SRM-225 2 stroke weighs 12lbs. I would like to hear what you think after you try it. It does have the crappy plastic handles though. Let us know what you think of the 4 strokes, the newer ones.
Husqvarna just has issues with carburetors have a Sthil 91R and 131R love them both 91R is 5 years old no issues gas and go. Use mechanic in a bottle few times a year keeps carbs clean. 131R is a beast runs all equipment wonderfully!!!!stihl has a good speed head.
Never had a carb issue with husky.nor any of my trimmers.use a fuel stabilizer amd problems won't happen. All 3 use walbro carbs and echo Zama on some.none make carbs.all the same
I run 2 Husquvarna 525 professional model and i also have the 18yr old Powerhouse Kawasaki 27cc if ya Wanna talk Torque. All the lil things you dont like about Husqvarna are also the reasons you had to say it has no Vibration. If you try the heads that come on Maruyama ,not sure the brand but i have them on all mine. I promise you will throw them Speed Feed out 4 sure.Trust me yhat trigger is tougher than you think.
I would like to get one product for regular weed work and brush up to 2-3" thick. Would a 128LD with a metal blade work for this? If not or if you have a better idea what would it be?
I got a fs 94r I have been cutting brush with it cuts it down good and it does not bogs down I love that trimmers also have a fs 130 r used it for 4 seasons still runs
appreciate your view,, I'm 52, all my life, had shitty trimmer's, n a tough back yard with a steep hill, being a Moving industry driver, few year's back, probably 2015, a shipper (an old old guy), gave me an Echo, 2501s with brush cutter, n trimmer n I ordered the new 400 bump head easy feed, put on a new bulb, n changed line's, ,, 1990's beast model, but she cut's n cut's, never stop's, a true Animal !! did also put in an E3.12 spark plug, n sold on Echo !! ,, noticed here, long ago, all landscaper's, use Echo, n understand why, woulda saved much time n $, if spent the extra for better brand yrs ago !!! appreciate your honesty, n love my Husqvarna chain saw, but Echo, wow what a trimmer !!
I use Husqvarna,STIHL and echo 2 stroke oil for my Echo equipment I don’t see any difference from 3 different kinds of 2 stroke oil never had any issues with my echo equipment
Hi eXterminator et. al. Could you or someone comment on which is better; a 4-stroke like the Husqvarna 324L or the 2-stroke 525L and why? I'm just a home owner and sure either would be OK but would rather get the better of the two for performance/longevity. My local big box stores no longer have the Echo 2620T, only the 2620AA. Much appreciative to hear from those actually in the lawn care business vs. numerous everyday opinons from a google search. Thanks! Mgrimess
the hondas a 4 stroke.I dont like 4 stroke trimmers.The stihl 111r is a 4 stroke but uses mixed gas like a 2 stroke.I would get the stihl.just my opinion.I have never heard a bad thing about honda trimmers.Husqvarna uses a honda engine in their 4 stroke trimmer.its a 324 i believe
Shawn Kemp The PAS/SRM2620 meets EPA regulations as of 2018, at least that's what it says on mine. The muffler is catalyzed and no scent when it's running. I went with the Echo over Stihl or Honda due to dealer proximity and service and because I have a 25 to 30 year old Echo PB210 E leaf blower that still runs beautifully.
Really enjoy your channel man. Lookin forward to more videos. Question. Does the 525 have a solid shaft or flex shaft? I need to clear some light brush and my dealer told me i can't use a blade on a trimmer with a flex shaft. Ive seen numerous people use blades on trimmers such as a fs56 but they have a flex shaft. Thanks in advance
They all suck unless they have the shoulder straps for them :) I only use one for 7hrs a day the vibration and always useing one without strap ( i never used strap and id rather have it ) that shoulder strap takes so much weight away. Yes there not heavy really but it help your nerves out. Thanks for sharing man.
Exterminator.. I have 3 models of trimmers I'm considering. All cost the same amount of money and will be used on my 3 acre property non commercial use. Some overgrown thick weeds and brush from time to time. All models are 319$ each and after tax around 350$ which is my budget. Husqvarna 525LS, Stihl 91R, and echo 2620. All three models seem to be about the same in power. My main concern is which model of the 3 will have the least amount of vibration?? Local dealer let me demo a shinadaiwa 242 and the shaft and head shook and vibrated so bad that I returned in less than 10 min of use. I'm not really too concerned with noise levels, weight, or fuel capacity. Just want the easiest starting, less pulls the better, and least vibration model there is for my carpal tunnel wrist. What do you suggest
The stihl 91r is the most powerful one you mentioned as it is a 4 stroke, that stihl calls a "4mi".It is a 4 stroke that uses mixed fuel like a 2 stroke. They have almost zero vibration due to the solid steel shafts stihl uses in them(they also can take attachments). So of those 3 options I would have to choose the 91r.If you get the other two you will be happy also. But they dont accept attachments and have less torque(they are 2 strokes).
Will any of these take a heavy blade ok? I use a 2000 model echo srm2455 handle bar with an 800gram flail blade for heavy brush. Need to eventually move to a loop handle for manuverability but wondering if these new guys can handle the same abuse my old echo goes through with zero issues. Thanks for the video
The Husqvarna is.Has a solid steel shaft. Also Husqvarna has a 535ls that is 35cc.I have one of those as well.Stihl you will need one of the 4 stroke models.the 2620t echo in this vid has a braided cable. So I wouldnt use that
Where do you live at looks just like my Virginia mountains in the background?Enjoy the videos they are helpful as I am in the market now to buy a new weedeater and really like the Echo myself. My max to spend is 200 and just want one to hold up for quite a long rime.
yes Virginia. for 200 your choices are echo srm 225 or stihl fs56rc. 56 has way more power but 225 is longer and more comfortable.husqvarna has a 128ld for 200.you can get them online cheaper than 200 but they are reconditioned.which is a good thing.
exterminator what is your opinion on echo leaf blowers I am looking to upgrade from my 1989 weed eater power blower 1920 and the ones that I am looking at are the echo es-250, Husqvarna 125bvx, or the stihl sh-56 c-e
i have an echo pb770t.that thing is amazing.Never had their handheld blower though.I have that exact husqvarna and a bg55.I prefer the stihl all day.But the 125 is decent.Just has more weight and vibrates a lot.
eXterminator thank you for responding! Also can you do some reviews on some trimmerplus attachments and, maybe some ryobi expand-it attachments that would be great also keep up the good work!
if it was me i recommend the stihl 86, and add on the leaf gutter kit so you can just walk on the ground and clean them out for single story houses makes fall cleanup so much easier to do. that 86 is strong enough to suck up wet leafs, dry leafs it will reduce the volume a good 10*1. if they had a backpack blower that could do the same id use that in a heartbeat, makes great material for quick composting
Boy I'm a echo guy true and true but I have seriously been thinking about getting the Stihl r 91 or 94 wich ever it is or like the one in this video I'll probably get one at the end of mowi season ol hazzadra just raves on on about it so thanks to you and David I'll probably be getting one very soon awesome video holms
100rx is a fantastic trimmer.I left 4 strokes out of this vid.If echo made one and husky i could do a comparison.Of course echo brother brand shin makes a 4mix too
Where can you get the actual Husqvarna products nowadays? the ones at Lowe's and home Depot and Sears and Ace hardware all have junk motors in them with no commercial warranty
@@exterminator1 hell yeah thanks for the info. I ended up buying the echo srm-225 very good weed eater used it for 45 straight minutes in thick wet brush. Never acted like it was running hot once. I want to buy another Husqvarna but I couldn't get enough info I wanted on them
You said virtually the same as the other channel. The winner is the public!!!! Competition between the three companies has produced three very very good machines at very competitive prices! It boils down to personal preference and price for the consumer... THE Consumer WINS. THIS IS CALLED CAPITALISM. OUR SYSTEM OF MARKETING WORKS THE BEST TO SUPPLY THE CONSUMER THE BEST PRODUCTS AT THE BEST PRICEs. Have good products on the shelf where they are needed... capitalism works. Go to any socialist country Cuba Russia or Venezuela they don’t have the products for the people. You must seek what you need on the black market. The people in Russia, Cuba and Venezuela are good but the socialist system fails.
get a 225 echo its lighter and more quiet i have a echo and toro i use the echo more cause nun wrong with the toro its up there but its just the echo has more power.
I dont like how Echo has all the internals exposed. Stihl keeps it enclosed with Husqvarna keeping it completely exposed which is better than open. The Husqvarna trigger is flexible and can be bent all the way backwards without breaking it. Personally I think the 525LST is about 10-20 percent more powerful than the fs94r when the string is out longer you will notice. Husqvarna doesnt require as much warm up for some reason. Overall I think they are all durable but power/weight ratio goes to husqvarna. The 535LS has same weight as Echo and loads more power, but thirsty
If you left guard on it wouldn't roll. If your employee gets hurt in any way with trimmer...your insurance company will drop you and not cover injury if that guard is off. Even flying rocks.
I disagree. A guard does not prevent rocks from hitting anything.Used em for years. As far as rolling you mean on the trimmer rack? Cuz that's wrong.however there is compression pins to make them not turn.but there is zero point of a trimmer staying flat.thanks for watching
I am in the market for my first trimmer. Just bought a home with 3 acres heavily wooded. I need one that can switch out the head to the metal heads that can cut real thick brush? which one or which brand has the most versatility for a serious homeowner?
Man some people could tear up stainless steel ball. they will tear up their own stuff and sure as hell won't take care of your stuff. I have one buddy that I put on a weedeater every now and them and he will go through a full spool of line in no time flat in yards that i would just bump out line a few times.
Been a stihl family since day one for personal equipment, saws, trimmers, blowers,... name it, used it except REAL 070 and 090 saws. (Got to use chinese knock off 070, was still fun). Have always found the job gets done faster with stihl in my hands. Used echo and husq working landscaping, and they all are great machines if you take care of them, right fuel mix, proper servicing and there no reason any one of them wont last you 10 + years. Nice video my man, keep it up.
I was raised stihl myself.Never had a problem from any of them. But I wanted to try the others out.I am happy I did.Although I still am a stihl man , it is nice using dif equipment. Makes it feel, idk, fresh? Hard to explain.
What about Shinidawa?..I mean I'm ah Sthil guy..I got a 94R and a FS38..Echo is nice..very light.. Just got get use to..the angle of the head is more flat..so u have to be relaxed with it..I also use to have a Shinidawa..kind of like Echo.. very light..good for trimming..not so good for brush..lacks the torque..but very reliable machine..I definitely don't mind a Husqvarna.. have used very balanced..it's like Sthils little brother..they also have have a great self propelled mower..the HU700 or 800..The Honda moter...not Briggs and Stratton..I could talk equipment for days brother..but thanks for video.. keep em coming!
@@Aresfire2 I have not researched a lot but I think Husqvarna uses Honda engines for some of their stuff. Echo is owned by the Japanese company, got sold to it. Husqvarna is a swedish company. I like the Husqvarna.

Big Texas well in a year or two I’ll be able to build a good sized pole shed for my equipment and trucks and whatever else I collect lol.
Thanks for posting bro thanks for taking the time out of your life 2 post that video that was information that I needed
I think I would say I liked the free one best ?
But I dont lie.I do not like the free echo, that echo sent me, the most. The husqvarna handle is what prevents it form being my favorite. So as usual stihl wins.
With vibration on the Echo, you said it was an early model before they were even available. Are you sure it has a cable? Since the early ones came with a solid hollow shaft that Echo replaced due to vibration issues.
They still use the cable shaft sadly. Maybe one day they will change it!
324L is awesome
Husqvarna just has issues with carburetors have a Sthil 91R and 131R love them both 91R is 5 years old no issues gas and go. Use mechanic in a bottle few times a year keeps carbs clean. 131R is a beast runs all equipment wonderfully!!!!stihl has a good speed head.
Never had a carb issue with husky.nor any of my trimmers.use a fuel stabilizer amd problems won't happen. All 3 use walbro carbs and echo Zama on some.none make carbs.all the same
The 525 LST has a 2:1 head reduction as well..
My Husqvarna 128LD smokes but I think it's from the cold weather because when it warms ups it don't stop
I would like to get one product for regular weed work and brush up to 2-3" thick. Would a 128LD with a metal blade work for this? If not or if you have a better idea what would it be?
Husquvarna all day always for me
I got a fs 94r I have been cutting brush with it cuts it down good and it does not bogs down I love that trimmers also have a fs 130 r used it for 4 seasons still runs
appreciate your view,, I'm 52, all my life, had shitty trimmer's, n a tough back yard with a steep hill, being a Moving industry driver, few year's back, probably 2015, a shipper (an old old guy), gave me an Echo, 2501s with brush cutter, n trimmer n I ordered the new 400 bump head easy feed, put on a new bulb, n changed line's, ,, 1990's beast model, but she cut's n cut's, never stop's, a true Animal !! did also put in an E3.12 spark plug, n sold on Echo !! ,, noticed here, long ago, all landscaper's, use Echo, n understand why, woulda saved much time n $, if spent the extra for better brand yrs ago !!! appreciate your honesty, n love my Husqvarna chain saw, but Echo, wow what a trimmer !!
1:16 why the hell would still be giv'in away echos?
I miss spoke.echo gave it to me :)
I use Husqvarna,STIHL and echo 2 stroke oil for my Echo equipment I don’t see any difference from 3 different kinds of 2 stroke oil never had any issues with my echo equipment
Any addvice on Makita brushcutter
What's the name of your trimmer rack? My trailer rack broke one of my weedeaters, because spins around all the time?

Hi eXterminator
et.
Thanks!
Mgrimess
I have the same question
Why do so many people take the deflectors off, do you like the feeling of little pebbles
U still get hit with a guard.barely covers anything. Less efficient.
How do you feel about the Honda trimmers? I thinking about getting one of the Honda’s or the Stihl FS 111 R
the hondas a 4 stroke.I dont like 4 stroke trimmers.The stihl 111r is a 4 stroke but uses mixed gas like a 2 stroke.I would get the stihl.just my opinion.I have never heard a bad thing about honda trimmers.Husqvarna uses a honda engine in their 4 stroke trimmer.its a 324 i believe
eXterminator thanks mane. I appreciate ur response
qteezy6501 The hondas will run forever but they have no go. Trying to go through anything other than regular grass is painful, it bogs down so easy.
Shawn Kemp Personally I would go with the Echo and stay with 2 stroke, way more power and they still last if taken care of.
I have 4 stihl FS85's, a stihl FS56RC, a Husqvarna 326LS, and a husqvarna 128LD
Really enjoy your channel man. Lookin forward to more videos. Question. Does the 525 have a solid shaft or flex shaft? I need to clear some light brush and my dealer told me i can't use a blade on a trimmer with a flex shaft. Ive seen numerous people use blades on trimmers such as a fs56 but they have a flex shaft. Thanks in advance
Honda, Sthil, husqvarna
Sir, these product where market i could get kindly tel me .
I see your sulky hanging off your scag, how do you hang it, I've been wondering how to hang mine off the mower
Real Talk 77
Echo had vibration problems and got rid of solid shaft. Your favorite seems to be the fs 94r wich is a flex cable.
Which would be the best for a beginner, budget and long use/ low maintenance wise....Also This is for a buisness
Stihl fs70. Best bang for your buck
So I wouldnt use that
@@exterminator1 thanks mate. your vid has almost converted me to a stihl actually. what is it about the 4mix engines that are better for blade work?

What 2 stroke oil do use fir these trimmers
Very honest review! Very helpful thanks :)
Shindiawa 242t
So I can use speed feed on my 94R I see u mentioned it in you Vid .thank you
i have use speed feed on all brands i use.they come with adapters for each brand.
eXterminator I’m all in thanks Bro your the man love your channel keep us updated on what ever your up to 🤓
exterminator what is your opinion on echo leaf blowers I am looking to upgrade from my 1989 weed eater power blower 1920 and the ones that I am looking at are the echo es-250, Husqvarna 125bvx, or the stihl sh-56 c-e
i have an echo pb770t.that thing is amazing.Never had their handheld blower though.I have that exact husqvarna and a bg55.I prefer the stihl all day.But the 125 is decent.Just has more weight and vibrates a lot.
eXterminator thank you for responding! Also can you do some reviews on some trimmerplus attachments and, maybe some ryobi expand-it attachments that would be great also keep up the good work!
I dont have ryobi equipment(except drills and stuff).I do have the trimmer plus types.I can vid those.I use them with my husqvarna 128ld
eXterminator ok thank you could you do a review on the bc720, and the cb720
if it was me i recommend the stihl 86, and add on the leaf gutter kit so you can just walk on the ground and clean them out for single story houses makes fall cleanup so much easier to do. that 86 is strong enough to suck up wet leafs, dry leafs it will reduce the volume a good 10*1. if they had a backpack blower that could do the same id use that in a heartbeat, makes great material for quick composting
I've always been partial to Echo but I'd take any of these brands without hesitation
They are all good, but when it comes to power pruners, Echo gets the nod from me.
Great reviews man. My all time favorite is the Stihl FS100RX with an Echo Speed Feed 450 head.
100rx is a fantastic trimmer.I left 4 strokes out of this vid.If echo made one and husky i could do a comparison.Of course echo brother brand shin makes a 4mix too
The new FS111RX is even better than the 100, I have both. Both are my favourite trimmers going.
I have a echo fs70rc
Where can you get the actual Husqvarna products nowadays? the ones at Lowe's and home Depot and Sears and Ace hardware all have junk motors in them with no commercial warranty
husqvarna has a commercial trimmer at lowes new this year.525l.but husqvarna dealer has the rest as they always have.
@@exterminator1 hell yeah thanks for the info. I ended up buying the echo srm-225 very good weed eater used it for 45 straight minutes in thick wet brush. Never acted like it was running hot once. I want to buy another Husqvarna but I couldn't get enough info I wanted on them
Do you use gas with ethanol in it? Most gas from a pump has 10% ethanol in it.
nope.we have several stations that are ethanol free
husqvarna 430 LS is my best one no bulky move fast
Huqsvarnal, echo, stihl.what kind of machine is the strongest?
Echo is indestructible
I loved my 94r. It locked up after three yrs. someone told me there’s a repair kit available for them to fix it. Do you anything about that?
We love the echo srm2620 they have been extremly reliable in our company.
Victor Rippe you will not like the weight of Echo when you have Cemetery accounts requiring 3-8 hours trimming.
I have an old pioneer weed eater and it still runs great
Are the Makita any good
Makita is making some amazing equipment!
The people in Russia, Cuba and Venezuela are good but the socialist system fails.
get a 225 echo its lighter and more quiet i have a echo and toro i use the echo more cause nun wrong with the toro its up there but its just the echo has more power.
i have a 225 and the new 2320t echo. Way to weak for commercial use.thanks for watching!
Need help on trigger
I dont like how Echo has all the internals exposed. Stihl keeps it enclosed with Husqvarna keeping it completely exposed which is better than open. The Husqvarna trigger is flexible and can be bent all the way backwards without breaking it. Personally I think the 525LST is about 10-20 percent more powerful than the fs94r when the string is out longer you will notice. Husqvarna doesnt require as much warm up for some reason. Overall I think they are all durable but power/weight ratio goes to husqvarna. The 535LS has same weight as Echo and loads more power, but thirsty
i have a 535ls and 535lk.love them.I made video about the trigger and updates on the 525lst(which is by far my favorite trimmer).
Useful commentary. thanks!
New Husqvarna have 4 stroke now but it’s heavier and not much power as the 2 stroke Husqvarna make both 2 and 4 strokes
Nice review 😀👍
Redmax Best ever!!!! No doubt
Husqvarna owns redmax and combined their engines etc.so almost same thing.besides triggers etc.
@@exterminator1 both are very good
have you ever used maruyama? if so what did you think of it
My poor opinion is qvscarvana number #1
Husqvarna I have the 430 ls which is29.5cc almost no vibration
If you left guard on it wouldn't roll. If your employee gets hurt in any way with trimmer...your insurance company will drop you and not cover injury if that guard is off. Even flying rocks.
I disagree. A guard does not prevent rocks from hitting anything.Used em for years. As far as rolling you mean on the trimmer rack? Cuz that's wrong.however there is compression pins to make them not turn.but there is zero point of a trimmer staying flat.thanks for watching
Husqvarna is best
I am in the market for my first trimmer. Just bought a home with 3 acres heavily wooded. I need one that can switch out the head to the metal heads that can cut real thick brush? which one or which brand has the most versatility for a serious homeowner?
Husqvarna 525LST
That husqvarna lst is the torque model I have the lst and the ls non torque model.
Yea but it aint lol.ECHO has the torque correct.Husky is barely as strong as the 94r.But i still love it.
944own ii
I just bought the fs111 31.4cc not broke in yet
Nice commentary... Now wheres the demo of them in action?
The new Redmax 230 t solid steel drive shaft ,steel on steel clutch ,10 lbs
Husqvarna owns Redman. 525 has same engine solid shaft etc. They merged them together when they made the 525 series.
Echo gets my vote!
What about Shinidawa?..I mean I'm ah Sthil guy..I got a 94R and a FS38..Echo is nice..very light.. Just got get use to..the angle of the head is more flat..so u have to be relaxed with it..I also use to have a Shinidawa..kind of like Echo.. very light..good for trimming..not so good for brush..lacks the torque..but very reliable machine..I definitely don't mind a Husqvarna.. have used very balanced..it's like Sthils little brother..they also have have a great self propelled mower..the HU700 or 800..The Honda moter...not Briggs and Stratton..I could talk equipment for days brother..but thanks for video.. keep em coming!
echo/shin are the same company. Husqvarna owns redmax. So they all pretty much represented here.thanks for watching!
Great video is it hard to see the gas in the 525?? Cant see the gas on stihl or husky in this video but i can on the echo
94 has a window.the 525 is easily seen.525 has the most protected gas tank.echo is larger .but it is exposed.all 3 great machines :)
eXterminator ive had my 94 for 3 years cant tell gas level :(
Husqvarna wins in my heart.
Try looking for EFCO trimmers, those are great.
would love too.no dealer
GOING FOR THE ECHO......................WHY?????????????????{PRICE} PERIOD.
I think echo is best
Is Echo made in China? If so what about STIHL vs HUSQVARNA
@@Aresfire2 Echo is made by Kioritz Japan.
@@Aresfire2 I have not researched a lot but I think Husqvarna uses Honda engines for some of their stuff. Echo is owned by the Japanese company, got sold to it. Husqvarna is a swedish company. I like the Husqvarna.
