Tommy Devine Naked Blue Sky

Tommy and I recorded "Naked Blue Sky" about 7 years ago in Larry's apt with a small digital Mulitrack recorder. I played my Telecaster through my Fender Deluxe Reverb and Tommy played guitar and sang his original tune..we were all very sober at the time. We did two takes so what you are hearing is both continuously. I feel honored and don't know what inspired Tommy to come up with the line "Hey Rick Fass you can kiss my ass underneath the Naked Blue Sky". I met Tommy in 2003.. He was the guest performer at Center for Positive Living in Sarasota..He was incredible! We talked after the gig and he invited me to sit in with him at the Factory on 41 with his friend Larry..Since then we had an opportunity to jam and create some of his original tunes. His energy, spirit, friendship, creativity, passion, voice, love of country, and love of life touched me very deeply..Tracey, I am so sorry for your loss as I am sure my feelings don't even come close to all the joy Tommy brought to you and you too him..Peace to you Tracey!
