I know the practice started when TVs got bigger and flatter and people started throwing them up on top of the mantle but I still much prefer a big-ass TV that's at eye level. The off-angle viewing looking up throws off the color as well. I just would've put it square between the windows. Fine work on the installation itself.
I hate when people install a tv on the ceilng. It's entirely too high. 48 to 56 inches high or eye level when sitting not standing. His TV his way! Nice set though.

Mine is on an arm that moves around I have it set at eye level.
