    Are you sure you can't use a Canon battery with this? It looks like you can just use it.

    Do you know how the battery indicator works? It shows voltage but the battery is an empty icon.
    I can’t find any info on how this is more helpful or how to read it than a traditional bars or percentage shown in the battery icon.
    Thanks in advance!

    Hey man, thanks for the detailed video!! Quick question... so when I am using this monitor I cannot be filming in 60fps or 120 fps? What happens if I try? I would just want it to show the same image as the built in LCD screen (I'm using the A7S3 if that matters)

    • @animusvisual
      @animusvisual  2 роки тому +1

      It just won't read a signal over a certain framerate. Good thing is you can override your settings in the a7s3 to output a signal it will accept regardless of your record settings. Thank you for watching!

      I wonder if you can do the same with the a74? And just to clarify, when you override it, the monitor will display the signal regardless of the fps setting on the camera, correct?

    Hi, could help I plug in my Sony ZV-1 into the portkeys Pt5 ii, but it doesn’t fill the screen I have tried settings on the camera & the monitor. I have black bars top & bottom, and the sides. Even when I tap the screen to take off the monitor menu. I’m I missing something?,🇬🇧

    • @animusvisual
      @animusvisual  Рік тому

      I found this on the zv1 manual. Try this if you haven't. If images do not appear on the TV screen properly, select MENU → (Setup) → [HDMI Settings] → [HDMI Resolution] → [2160p/1080p], [1080p] or [1080i] according to the TV to be connected.
      Another thing you can try is pinch to zoom like a smartphone. Use two fingers and try to zoom the display area to fill the screen. May have to do it every time but may fix it as A workaround in just not too familiar with point and shoots.
