    I will have celebrated my 27th Anniversary This year for Valentine's Day! I have been planning a dinner with he, my parents including my Uncle and his wife. This would be such a cute idea to make three of these for each couple to share together along with the Sweetheart gifts I have been collecting since last year LOL. It's my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE DAY of the year☺️❣💗💝💓

    I am a home cook and think every time I watch these that I should try a French patisserie like this. I am a pretty good cook, but not sure I am talented enough to make this. Looks so yummy though.

    I’m looking to make this, but I’m not super keen on the lemon marmalade layer. I know the recipe says you can leave it out or add praline to replace it, but I was wondering what other flavoured layer can be introduced to help the balance so it’s not too sweet? Or what other fruit could be used in place of lemons?
    Also what Gelatine leaves do use? I only have powdered Gelatine, so what would be the equivalent amount needed in the mousse?

Between your cooking and baking, I don’t have enough hours in the day to keep up with your culinary escapades........you are obviously a Master Chef and Instructor. Your love for this art form is shared by many, so a book would be almost as good as being able to take an in-person course. Merci!

    ...Let’s face it, this desert is exquisite; and quite frankly, nobody would make it perfect like you; the only thing am not feeling here is the lemon marmalade pared with hazelnut and brownie; I would omit it.
