Can’t compare judges to doctors
Judgment shows the mindset of the judge. Example- Permission to shift urban naxal Navlakha from jail to a house which is a CPI library. So, both the judge and the judgment must be criticized.
Don't criticiz rapist, criticiz only the act of rape .
Judgement and the Judge are inseparable.
"Don't criticise the judge and criticise the judgement" is as same as saying "Don't accuse businessman for corruption/ malpractice but criticise the company". 😏🤮
It's the Judge's responsibility to make morally appropriate judgement just as a businessman's to keep it legal. 😤
