my hospital put my cast on without the first sleeve underneath. it's only the waterproof padding and fiberglass. I'm not sure if this is good for my skin, I just got it on today and it's already itchy and uncomfortable. Please if you have any advice, that would help a lot.

What is the cast care instructions for a waterproof cast? is it the same as a normal cast??
