excellent reiview !! thanks a lot !!!!! i do owned a 2009 camry and i just luv it !!!! as long as you keep up with the maintenance and treat right, it will last forever !!!! not even worry about the miles !!!!
Bought an 07 LE last spring with 137000 on it. I'm a longhaul truckdriver so I just use it once a month for 4 days. Starts everytime. Saw the oil issue recall after but in 2500 miles it's only used a quarter of a quart. Just keep an eye on the oil level and change it every 3000 miles. Went on a 1000 mile roadtrip in it with no issues.
I bought a 97’ Camry and lasted me over a year. Had over 260000 miles on it (previous owners as well as me) and it pulled through for so long before finally giving out and it WAS MY FAULT IT GAVE OUT!! Camrys are amazing.
I just bought an 09 with 123,000 miles on it and read that the 07-09 models have more problems than other model years. I'm crossing my fingers that my car is an exception. I plan to keep this car for at least 10 years. My current work commute is about 100 miles a day roundtrip, 5 days a week, but I'm hoping to land a job closer to home soon and cut it to 45 a day. EDIT: August 29, 2023 Update: I just sold my car after 2.5 years of ownership. It was a good, reliable vehicle. The only problem I had with it was the alternator died just last week and I had to get a new one before I sold it. The sale was planned before the alternator went bad. A few months ago, I was fortunate enough to be gifted by my late grandmother a new 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid Sport-L, which I drove off the lot yesterday. I love it and plan to keep my new car until the wheels fall off. 😄

there's a lot of variables there. Location, overall condition of the car, reason it is being sold, mechanical condition, maintenance history, etc. My suggestion is to look up values for your area, then inspect the vehicle or have it inspected. Condition of the interior is a good indicator of how well it was taken care of if you are not mechanically savvy.
