Is continuous harassment of a woman, from deduction of salary during peak covid times when she was 7 months pregnant (state govt/DoPT orders say that she cannot be called to work), not approving maternity leave on time to intimidate, not processing maternity bills, & many more... which go on for 3 years... can a case like this fall under sexual harassment, and can the IC take up this case?
