I'd give this five thumbs up if I could. He doesn't deserve secret service and motorcades. When he goes to prison he won't need the secret service anymore because he'll be under heavy prison security which is good enough. He needs to be stripped of all benefits provided to former presidents on the tax payers dime. He doesn't need or deserve protection. He can hire his own protection if he thinks he needs it. Tax payer money is being wasted on him and by the Republicans.

Simple pass a law that will force judges to recuse themselves, you can say this about any case.
If they have any affiliation or family members that will show conflict of interest or loyalty to any party that automatically disqualifies them

Clarence Thomas accepted money/gifts/other favors in millions and nobody (it seems so) can force him to recuse himself even in cases when his wife is directly involved!

Trump should indeed get more time than MC. Cohen took a plea deal Trump is still denying it.
It’s not the same people. I know plenty of people who’ve said guilty but if you apply the law and precedent for sentencing Class E (the lowest) felonies as well as age and lack of priors, probation and fines. And that’s even after acknowledging he forced a trial and never showed remorse.
An example must be made... or your just waiting for the next guy to do worse!

I have Republican in every election I voted on (I'm 70) and I voted for Trump in 2016. I was sorry almost immediately after he was voted on because I did the research that I should have done BEFORE that election. One of the thongs that changed my mind about him is a video that was filmed in Scotland (which Trump stopped, for a time, from being seen in America) about Trump making a golf course and a club house. He destroyed protected land for his course. He tried to run people off their land so that he could have it. He even cut off the water to the house owned by a lady in her 90's. He is seen and heard saying to his men "I don't care what it takes just get her to move". That film caused me to do more research and I learned so much about him. I'm so sorry I ever voted for him. I even told my son on 2020 that they will have to force Trump out of the white house if he loses that election. Well, he lost and they almost had to force him. America can't be voted in again. I'm voting syraight democrat ticket.

The only problem is that Cohen accepted a plea deal, which had the sentence included while the Orange clown went for trial and the judge may very well not give him active jail as unfair and ridiculous as it sounds

I saw the Scott Jennings and George Conway dialogue they are speaking about here. Jennings was saying the court didn't make it clear to ANYONE what Trump's criminal charges were. Conway said that wasn't true. Their conversation got a little heated. What bothered me the most was the anchor's words to Conway was something like, "..o.k. You (Conway) need to stop. I need to protect Jennings because he is an employee of CNN."

The anxiety I have had every day since Trump came into the political picture has left my body 45 pounds over weight at 62 yrs old now and on ambian and Xanax due to insomnia from the anxiety….I literally look twenty yrs older than I did before covid…people ive known for yrs have not recognized me in the grocery store on many accasions….( im kinda glad as im embarrassed) but Trump has definitely affected my overall health…and because of the stress and how it breaks down your immune system, ive started sprouting skin cancers…ive had two removed in the last couple yrs…and my skin has gone from smooth and supple to crepy in just two yrs…that isnt normal….I have been living in a world of impending doom since 2018. Every day every channel only blasting Trumps latest deranged crazy talk has had such a detrimental mental and physical effect its scary…..Im a sensitive type person so its probably affected me more than most but that dosent excuse the fact that Trump has done horrible crazy things to the country.. and I mean things like when he bailed out on seria…leaving all those soldiers from that area to be overrun and im sure slaughtered..things like that are things that has kept me up at night…let alone jan 6 and all that crap……the scotus and overturning womens right to decide if they are going to have a baby makes my blood run cold is just another keep me up at nite anxiety producing issue….

How can she sit on that bench when he appointed her? We need new laws for that kinda thing. I hate us making more laws but some are just common sense to have. It's impossible to be fair in judgement when the person who gave you your lifetime job is in front of you in court, no democrat or gop monster could be impartial 100%.
