What about the “cleanse”? Is that drink (smoothies)? Wish you would have shown us.
Hey Sadie! Sorry about that! Just had a lot to run through with the smoothies and soups so didn't want to make the video super long. Actually did the 1-day cleanse and it was easier than I thought. The smoothies in the cleanse were very similar to those that you can buy in their regular kit. Except the cleanse smoothies are more fitted towards a "cleanse" (helping to reset your system, in a way). There's a lot more ingredients such as bone broth and tumeric, that are beneficial for gut health and inflammation.

What are you supposed to do for dinner? Do they want you to just not eat dinner on this plan?
So their "cleanse" is 6 days. The first 5 days you get partial meals (the smoothies and soups). On the last day you get 4 drinkable soups and 1 heartier bowl. After your first weekly delivery, you are able to mix and match mealtimes to find what works for you :-).
I love your food reviews, but this food is boring and so overpriced. I tried several of these bowls and soups and they were just blah! There is hardly any taste to them at all. The first was Moroccan Spiced Buckwheat bowl, looks nothing like the picture, small pieces of broccoli and mostly buckwheat, too much spice to make up for boring meal. Next was the Cumin Sweet Potato, was just awful!! The smoothies were half drank and put back by my sons!! I am not sure I will even bother with the rest of the order, what a waste of $$!!! Usually if I don't like something I will say nothing but this stuff is not worth the $$$$!
