You are amazing. Such a dynamo. And such a good mama. I love the way your oldest came up and hugged you from behind. I actually said "awwww" out loud. And babies love to be worn! Being in contact with mama is so good for their development and well-being. Watching you and your children is so beautiful. :):):)

Now she never has to be without me and she’s a happy little pumpkin! I’m a happy mama who can get so much done! Thanks for the tip!

Hello from Ontario Canada!! I've been binge watching a lot of your video's and find them very informative. yYou have a great way of teaching and telling stories that I find so very relaxing. Saying that I no longer have small children but I enjoy watching your interatactions with your children and it brings quite a few memories of my own. I do not have the space for a garden at the moment so try to buy a lot of my fruits and veggies in bulk from local farmers. I've always done the bulk of my food preservation by freezing as well as some specific fermentation products. This year you've given me that extra push I needed, to buy a canner as well as a dehydrator. You really are an inspiration and I'm truly greatlful for all the information you share!🥰

When you get to be a mother of 7 you've definitely earned the right to do as you please and have considerably more experience and knowledge than those with less kids. As a mother of 1, I would personally never question you despite being a teacher because I just don't have your experience to judge or even ask because it's none of my business.

Thank you very much , I did not know to run them under hot water they peel off. I Alway balance them 2 minutes and put into very cold water. A wonderful time saver. And I did not know to dehydrate the tomato peels then run thur the blender for powder. Love this idea. And make a tomato paste too. Love when you make your videos. I Alway learn something from you. How did you strain the grape juice? I saw you put it in a metal funnel was there a wish mesh or something that I missed? Oh and your cooking demo's are inspiring me to be more productive in the kitchen so thank you for that.. today cooked 3 pounds of turkey burger in bacon grease, saved the grease added it to water and cooked 2 pounds of long grain rice for the deep freezer along with that burger. We are only a family of 2 usually but it makes it easier to menu plan if I have food in the freezer already cooked.. we use to be such fast food junkies because I couldn't answer the daily question "What's For Dinner" now I keep prepped food so I can say Spaghetti or would you rather have?? Where do you get your grapes? You’ve used them in quite a few videos, you must get a bunch....😂😉😇

I noticed you guys had a water filter in the background. Is that the Berkey? My husband and I are trying to figure out which one to buy, but had read a few negative reviews on them.

I know this is an older video, but you can make your own water filter. Look it on UA-cam. It's not hard. Hope this helps.

    Have you tried dehydrating peppers?

Hot peppers, yes! We typically dehydrate and make powder from them. I actually have a bunch of dried cayennes that need ground up. I have never done it with bell peppers though.

what kind of grapes do you grow?

Unfortunately we don't grow any ourselves right now. The Japanese beetles killed all our vines a few years ago. I purchase Concord from the Amish to preserve.
