This is my second Apple 9 Watch. On the first one the water lock feature went on by itself when I got in the pool. The one I have now I have to turn it on manually. How do I get the water lock feature to go on automatically?
I find a misplaced iPhone by shouting “Hey Siri where are you?” And my phone replies “I’m over here.” Easy!

These are great videos. I just got my watch today so I’ve been watching. Question for you, do you know why I would only be getting notifications of messages only sometimes on my watch? They are just coming on the watch hit or miss. I’ve checked notifications and it seems like they are on but I’m just not getting all the message notifications. Appreciate any advice! Thanks!
Thanks glad the videos are helping. In the watch app, tap notifications then messages and make sure you have them set to mirror. If it’s already set that way, restart the iPhone and Apple Watch and see if it fixes.

Not sure if it isn’t available in Australia but make sure your iPhone and Watch are updated to the latest software. When I updated it showed up.

Could be this is also what I’m thinking as someone else with the 14 was mentioning the same issue.
This feature is only available when you have an iPhone 15, and an Apple Watch series 9 or Ultra 2. Because both devices needs to have the U2 chip for this to work.

I still can’t seem to figure out how to precisely find my iPhone with my Apple Watch series 9!! Is there a setting or something I’m missing??
No it just works when you ping it and are in the area where it can reach the iPhones connection.
Yeah I understand. I also found out it also only works when you have a phone with a second-generation ultra wideband chip (aka the iphone 15 lineup as of right now), and an apple watch with a second-generation ultra wideband chip (the apple watch series 9 and ultra 2).
Where did you get that astronomy widget? Can't find it.
It was just in the list of widgets, odd that you don’t see it. Not sure why.

Hey Siri… Call so and so. Or if you have raise to speak on, just raise and ask Siri to call whoever. Easiest way to do it.

Ohh, I have no way of checking with older iPhones but with the iPhone 15 models it shows up. What phone are you using? Also is your phone and Apple Watch fully updated to the latest software?
90% of the tasks my Fitbit versa 2 can do.
Bought my first Apple Watch . Not so Happy with the Features. Wish they add some FaceTime video Calling , Whattsapp Video Calling or Any youtube videos i can see.

Hmm, comparing the 2, this Apple Watch does a lot more. The Apple Watch doesn’t have a camera so FaceTime calls are limited to audio calls.

It could be a glitch. Open your notification settings for whatsapp, turn them off and on again. Restart the apple watch if that fails and also make sure the Apple watch isn't on silent.

Sorry are you asking if these tips work with the Apple Watch series 8? If so, yes most if not all of these tips will work with Apple Watch 8. You just need WatchOS 10
