  • Preparation: For 4 people .... Take one big clean nelanelli plant including roots. Take 4 glassess of water and boil it until it becomes 1 glass!
    Whole concept is we should be strong decoction!Only 1/4th cup should be taken by a person and only one time in the day!
    Please note: As I am doing this kashaya for only one person , I want only 1/4 th cup of kashaya to drink.
    Though I said 2 glasses, I have poured twice 3/4th glass of water. That is 1.5 glasses of water, which after boiling reduced to 1/4th cup.
    Whole concept is to boil leaves well so that we get kashaya decoction!

    ಕಾಲುಭಾಗ ಅಂದ್ರೆ ಎರಡು ಲೋಟ ಇದ್ದದ್ದು ಅರ್ಧಲೋಟಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುವುದು ಅಂತ ಅರ್ಥ...ಆದರೆ ತಾವು ಎರಡು ಲೋಟ ನೀರನ್ನ ಕಾಲುಲೋಟಕ್ಕೆ ಇಳಿಸಿದ್ದೀರಿ. ಅಂದರೆ1/4 ಆಗುವ ಬದಲು 1/8 ಆಗೋಯ್ತು. !!!
