I look forward to your episodes almost as much a Wrexham game! Nice amount of knowledge transferred to those who are new to being passionate about a team. 🇨🇦 Up the Town❤
I agree with other comments on here. Thursday morning is not only close to the weekend but your podcast is delivered to the Wrexham world. Your knowledge, enthusiasm and journalistic style are a must watch each week. Good chemistry between you both and the hour goes so quickly.
best informational Wrexham blog and I really appreciate that. As many of us are not only new to Wrexham but to football, (I was raised on baseball and am now trying to understand hurling) maybe you could speak to things that aren't as often talked about like Forde not being registered. Looked it up and am even more confused :) Why isn't he and so forth. Anyway, thanks for the videos.
I think Howard is basically a player-coach at this point so I could see his contract being renewed or joining the goalie coach team properly just to help the other goalies. Plus I think McClean said on the fozcast that he was in charge of fines so I feel like he's kind of a main stay around the club.
In League 1, as a goalkeeper, he doesn't count against the squad number cap, so having him as a player-coach on players wages means he can be injury cover in the Trophy bench, so AO can just relax and watch the game. In the Championship, you'd leave him off the squad list, but he could still fill the same role in the Trophy.

Good talk, enjoyed. Re question is League 1 much of a step up from League 2 for Wrexham ? Might be difficult to see because Wrexham's overall squad is of a higher quality this year. This increases the quality on the practice pitch which carries over into the matches. Competition for 2nd place will be fierce.
Regarding Mullin, is there any info on the thought process as to why he waited until mid June for his "minor spinal surgery"? The team secured promotion mid April, so there were two months prior to the scheduling. I'm not naming a conspiracy or anything, just curious as to the thought process as to the delay.
I’m starting to believe mulls might actually have lost his bite. I’m just not seeing anything convincing that he’s really that much of a threat in league 1 I hope I’m wrong and he clicks in and starts performing well but I’m not too sure from what I have seen so far. Happy he scored the other night but we need it in the league games. As for the Northampton game we knocked that ball about brilliantly and we play best when we get players in the box before Barnet gets to the top right corner. Not many of them crosses get results when he gets there first. I think in some of the previous games the positioning for receiving it always felt off I’m loving the odd swoop in up the left / middle that he’s started throwing in. He’s really come into his own and we would miss him in the squad
I don't know any way to tell the difference between a player who needs to back to match sharpness and a player who's lost their match sharpness, so for me I don't see any reason to form a belief without enough information to properly support it.

@@paulcosgrove4219 gif stands for graphic interchange format. When all the other players score a goal, you'll see a little - I don't know - "mini movie" of the player. With Faal, it just said Goal. I am old and a musician without that much computer knowledge, but know that doing this, or adding Adams to the website takes less than 15 min. to create and upload as I used to have to do so to a university web page. It shouldn't take more than 6 weeks.
Unless they let them play with 12 to do that, that will open someone else up. I'd like to see Seb on the left wing away from home, so closing down the passing lanes to Barney opens up space along the left side of the field ... and Barney can get to be on the right end back post for crosses from the left.

I wonder if the away form is influenced by the draining experience of travel. Is it known which away games they fly to?

Why is Josh Adam not on the teams page?
just noticed that too, he definitely was beforehand, seems as though something has gone down

mulls non celebration celebration... could he have thought it was offsides and he was waiting for a confirmation?
men against boys he didn’t want to further embarrass a youngster. if it mattered he would have been full on
