Easy Atari 600XL FujiNet fix

This machine was upgraded with 64KB and Ultimate 1MB, and worked with SIO2PC before it was sent back to the customer. The CB2 pin on the PIA chip appears to have died the moment the machine got back into the hands of its owner.
