I woke up at 5am for 30 days...here's what happened

  • I think the thumbnail says it all...this month I set a challenge to wake up at 5am for 30 days with no caffeine, no sleep-ins, no excuses and a whole lot of agony!
    I did this challenge because 1) I have always hated early mornings, and 2) I wanted to see if I could improve my productivity and efficiency throughout the day.

    I read an article about a study that showed: the amount of time people say they sleep changes with trends. In the 90 people said they slept less (think Bill Clinton). In the 2000’s people said they slept more. But the actual average number of hours people slept has remained the same for decades and decades. It just depends on what is trending.
    Also love the dad parts. He’s a machine. Also he can only type 20 words a minute so he’s kind of always a little bit asleep.

    Awesome Video idea!! Maybe cold shower for 30 days. Or working up to the 48 hr fast
