    1 cup minced pork
    2 servings rice noodle , 150g dried rice noodle or 300g fresh ones
    50 g Chinese chive , cut into small sections
    50 g soy bean sprouts
    1 middle size tomato , finely chopped
    3 tbsp. vegetable cooking oil
    100g pickled cabbage or mustard green , chopped
    1400 ml water or stock , around 6 cups
    2 cloves garlic , chopped
    1 tsp. salt or to taste
    3 tbsp. light soy sauce , divided
    chili oil for drizzling

    I’m having an impossible time finding a restaurant that makes this dish (the only one I knew closed and I’m so happy I found this recipe). Does this dish with pork and tomato and Chili go by other names other than xiao guo noodles? Beautiful video, thank you!

    Hi Elaine, thank you for your recipes! You always make very authentic dishes. Would you happen to know how to make yang rou pao mo ? Its lamb noodles with pita bread. I love it but couldnt find a recipe. I tried many times but cannot get it right. Thank you so much
