I have to disagree friend, I believe what he's saying is true - people do have addictions to these platforms - it's changed the social construct of society.
Will Smith is genuine and awesome too.I love Jim Carrey too (speaking of personalities here),although hes not in Hollywood anymore.I am sure there are others,just very rare.
I hate Will Smith - I think he lives in cloud cuckoo land ! And his films lately are terrible! But thats just my opinion.

Provide reasons and i was like ...OMG do se have to Explain why we are leaving the matrix.... ??? I don't consider youtube to be social media. Its a video platform site. Who really cares about the comments section on UA-cam? This is nothing like facebook and the like.

I shut down my phone and put it in the drawer for a week. Just to see if i can do without it. It really sets you free. I felt great. Now i reduced social media to 30min a day . Its good not to be a slave of my phone anymore. Try it..you feel better

@@traegs8361 UA-cam is not much of social media. Like Instagram or Twitter. UA-cam use to just be you watching videos. Now they changed it.
As a 22 year old male, I prefer to talk face to face. It has more meaning when encountering somebody rather than messaging them through the internet. To me, social media is a wast of time and distracts us from the aspects of life. Whenever I hang out with a friend, he’s on their phone and it’s complete silence. That’s the problem with social media nowadays. It’s taking control over everybody like a hypnotist. It’s destroys us. It separates us from reality.

I agree. One of the biggest things I’ve experienced is when I get to communicate with others, they pay more attention on phones instead looking at you. The worst case, they ignore most of the things that you’re talking about smh!
This is what I like about this actor. He's very sincere and honest person. I had instagram account back in 2011 but then I deleted it. I am currently 18 and all my friends ask me to create a new one, and I simply don't. Social media is too different from reality tbh.

Exactly why I’ve deleted every social media account except UA-cam. I have no desire to be on a page where people can comment on my lifestyle, my relationships, my every day life... it’s a good thing to be private and to actually make phone calls or send letters to people I haven’t spoken to in awhile. I feel much better and I’m definitely free from social media.

I was sitting at home yesterday & noticed that everone in my living room were on there phones no conversation just heard down it was sad the art of family conversation looks like it's disappearing.

If you liked playing games, you should try setting a scheduled of playing to keep yourself in line, just how if you go to the movies, you pick a time best for you for that certain movie, and you watch that movie for a certain amount of time usually not seeing another movie for a little bit, but if you are going to go to college or planning on college you most likely won't have time for video games.
TL:DR don't give up on hobbies you like, that's how people get depressed with life because they are always consumed with work and only focused on it and never fit in time so they can just enjoy themselves.

My advice to young people, especialy for men, if they want to live in a society usefull to themselves, is that they never start working in life before they find the person they feel to be the good one for them. Because once you are in that working process, people are judging you about what you give them and not what they can give you and they get totally useless to your true needs

The answer to his question; you end up losing yourself. There is no better feeling than being loved for being who you are. And no worse feeling than faking who you are to be loved *falsely* it makes you feel empty. I met a girl who loves me for me an she beautiful. That’s enough for me.
