Special thanks to Pasquill3D, the creator of the Victorian Streets DLC for setting up the wonderful scene I was able to use for this video.

U upload, I watch, I like.. keep up the good work👍
Good video, audio is very important.
your tutorials which help us a lot in learning GAMEGURU MAX.
thank you👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍.
Glad to hear that
Thanks...but it wouldn't let me find or load in another sound. I kept clicking on the "..." which did nothing and didn't open.
Yeah it sounds like you're having some sort of UI bug but I can assure you it's not an issue with Max generally as I am not having this problem. Try reverifying files and/or reinstalling to see if that clears it up.
You made a beautiful scene. Is it the Victorian streets dlc?😃
Yeah - in fact the scene came with the DLC so I can't take credit for it. I totally cheated there lol
No stereo or directional sound it seems. Pretty important for first person view game.
That's not really true. Mono sounds are 3D sounds, such that when you move away from them they get quieter. If you put a stereo sound on an object you'll hear it no matter how far away you are in every direction. I've not tested whether I can tell which direction a sound is coming from, but I suspect I could.
@@bloodmooninteractive I may be wrong, but it seems sound behaviors only affects volume based on distance, not direction. Would be great if you could check on this and maybe get the devs to give more attention to audio if true.
where do you get your assets from?
Many of them come with GameGuru Max. Some are official DLCs. Rarely I might use something I've imported from classic. Any time the asset comes from any other sources (i.e. sketchfab, freesound.org, etc) I leave credits in the description.
