    Pls treat yourself with these non-guilty desserts! I literally eat yakiimo (roasted Japanese sweet potatoes) everyday 😆 (don’t forget to drink enough water with it since it contains lots of fiber. )
    I hope this video helps you find healthy sweets options. Thank you for watching and always supporting my channel ♡

      I got them at a one dollar shop in Tokyo which is called “natural kitchen”. They have lots of cheap cute stuff so if you have a chance to visit Japan, I recommend you to check it out!

    What brand matcha and what kind (uji etc) did you use??!! Thank u!!! Love your videos

    • @natsumi6115
      @natsumi6115  3 роки тому +2

      Thank you so much :)
      About the kind of matcha, I always buy cheap ones from a grocery store since I put in yogurt every morning. Haha
      But Uji is easy to drink I think :)
      If you wanna intake more catechin, green tea powder which is more bitter might be better than matcha powder since that bitter taste is the catechin. But if you wanna enjoy the taste as well, matcha powder would be your option since it’s easier to drink! Hope it helped.

    what brand is your blender? and what brand matcha do you recommend?

    • @natsumi6115
      @natsumi6115  Рік тому +1

      That blender is from Panasonic👍 it’s a good size for one person and I’ve been using it for more than 3 years and working fine :) This is one of the popular brands for matcha ↓
