Age 35 👉सर जब में 2 से 3Km रनिंग कर के अपना बीपी चेक करता हूं तो मेरा बीपी 104/78 पल्स 58 तक हो जाती है परंतु जब रनिंग नही जा पता तो मेरा बीपी 133/83 पल्स 63 तक हो जाता है !
4महीने पहले मुझे पता चला की मुझे हाइपरटेंशन हो गया है लेकिन अब में 2महिने से बीपी की दवाई 1 ही लेता हूं वो भी लोसाटन 50mg दो या तीन दिन होने पर एक गोली खा लेता हूं डरता हूं की कही मेरा बीपी बाड़ ना जाए है और ये भी डर रहता है की कही गोली खाने के बाद बीपी कम ना हो जाए यही कारण है की नियमित बीपी की दवाई नही लेता सर मेरा मार्ग दर्शन करे मेरा ECG और LFT नॉर्मल थे और सर ये भी बताए की रनिंग ज्यादा करने से हार्ट की कोई प्रॉब्लम तो नही होगी ना इस कंडीशन पर !!!!🙏🇮🇳
