He pleads with his father to void the contract that puts Rick in charge of the company for another year. Brooke attempts to be a voice of reason with Rick when she suggests that he not jump immediately from one marriage to another. Maya assures Nicole that she will disclose to Rick if they ever get engaged.

Did Eric and Brooke forget that Rick killed Phoebe? She was the best of the Forrester siblings. I wish it had been Steffy not Phoebe who died in that accident! Rick was a murderer and he was never punished and Phoebe never got her justice. Bad Eric and Brooke always taking Rick's side.

The term "murderer" means you plotted the death of a someone. In this case, if I'm not mistaken, Rick did not mean for Phoebe to die (actually little missy clawed Rick's face so he wasn't able to drive and even pulled the pedal). Of course I understand Ridge's need to blame Rick especially when they were at odds, but Rick has never murdered no one.
Brooke will never never never admit any of her kids could make a mistake/doesn't make them bad people (Brooke & her freakn attitude is why people turn on her kids) but let ridges kids make an error or not Brooke goes on, and on and on and on and on to berate them, say whatever nasty 💩💩💩 she wants
I don't agree with the Steffy part.... but it does really bug me how Rick didn't face any accountability for Phoebe's death. Yes, it was an accident and yes, Phoebe was mad and lashed out at Rick. However, she had every reason to be mad at Rick because of what happened with Taylor, and Rick WAS driving the car after all!
@@sarahcorbo3659 Phoebe had right to be upset but she had zero right to violently attacking Rick awhile he was driving car. Phoebe is only one who is blame , fault and responsible accountability of directly causing that car crash that could had equally killed Rick because of Phoebe herself.

Rick hasn't been the most professional CEO with his way of dealing with the staff, I'll give Ridge that much going on for him. And I guess I see why he's so furious against Ridge. @@Donderdrammels, Ridge not being Eric's son is a rewrite because there are 2 story lines that if Ridge wasn't it would have come out. Also you're right! Ridge and Eric didn't find out until Ridge was in his 40s. Are they supposed to erase their history as father and son?

Eric never adopted Ridge. Ridge was born as Eric's son, but the writers changed his paternity 15 years into the show
