Everyone is at the edge of their seats as they await Brooke’s big announcement. Afterwards, emotions and opinions are mixed as everyone tries to figure out where they stand within the company. Bridget pays a visit to Taylor to ask for help with the situation between Rick and Ridge. Later, Taylor agrees to be Ridge’s ally in the mission to break up Rick and Steffy. Stephanie throws her hat into the ring to assist Taylor and Ridge.
You can see Steffy tearing up in the background after Stephanie told her that she disappointed her. 😭
I love how protective Taylor gets toward Steffy!!😍
As Stephanie said, as soon as Brooke takes Ridge to bed, everything will turn out to be just fine and forgiven. 🤣😂
The storyline of Rick going after Phoebe, Steffy, and Taylor just to destroy Ridge was the sickening story in Soap Opera. You can see that Bradley Bell was trying to destroy Taylor and her family. For goodness sake, whether they are Blood-related or not, Rick is still Steffy and Phoebe’s uncle and Taylor’s brother-in-law. It is also sickening that Brooke and Eric are okay with that. I have a feeling Bell wanted to turn Steffy into Brooke 2.0 and destroy Taylor just to make Brooke look better in the fans’ eyes. Steffy would have never dated someone who caused the death of her sister.

If that's your take, then whats equally sickening is that all three fell for it. Rather incestuous as in the end he is the girls uncle their grandfather's son and Taylor's brother in law
This is why this was one of the most disgusting storylines Bell ever came up with. I don’t know why the writers loved to push the envelope on the amount of incest on the show. Like you said regardless of ridge not being Eric’s blood son Rick still grew up thinking him and ridge were brothers. When Steffy and phoebe was born they still thought they were blood brothers. The twins still referred to ricks dad as grandpa and all have the same last name but you turn around and get involved with him. Just because they don’t share blood doesn’t make them any less family.

The truth was there when Ridge walked out, Rick smirked, he knows exactly what he’s doing, everything he does is to destroy Ridge.
and he DID hesitate for a good few seconds when keeping ridge from falling
I'm not a fan of Brooke, but she allows herself to be manipulated too much by her son. I can understand why she wants to defend her son. But each time his son did horrible things to be the little boy who wanted his mom and dad to be together. She was always there to defend him and even the worst stuff. Rick used that to do whatever he wanted. And then later, Rick confesses that he was with Steffy only to get revenge on Ridge. It's funny how Brooke accepts that her son is with Steffy, but when it's Thomas and Hope, it's too horrible. Same, she waits for Ridge to agree to things and be patient, but when Ridge asks the same for Thomas, no it's unacceptable.
Steffy is hell bent on being with him irregardless of what her family wants. Thomas was obsessed and did horrible things to Hope. That's the difference. And on the same note why would ridge think that its ok for Brooke to accept his son when he didn't accept hers

That moment with Stephanie and Steffy was so powerful to watch even today. Steffy was so trusting and vulnerable and it was horrible watching Ric use her for his own agenda. I believe after this time is when Steffy really started to move away from liking Brooken and her minions and started to see them for exactly who they all are.

I really don't know what Ridge sees in Brookhoe at least with Taylor when he talks to her it's two adults talking ,unlike Brookehoe it's like talking to a spoiled brat if she doesn't get her way she runs away into someone else's bed.
thats why this soap is a comedy to me - no way in hell would any real man put up with all that - 4 baby daddies and immature
Ridge Logan, Eric Logan, and Brooke are similar, all 3 of them live in a fantasy world. The 3 of them, and their faves can make mistakes but when others make mistakes Ridge, Brooke, and Eric play judges and jury. Appalling characters really. I hear Eric is back with Donna 🤮. I found the era of the 4 of them together at FC nauseating when I was a kid, I like it a whole lot less now.

Very disgraced, angry and humiliated that Rick is the president, and Rick's behaviour is totally immoral to sabotage Stephanie and her family in my opinion, now involves with Steffy drives me mad.

Eric Forrester Sr, lying about owning Forrester Creations showed Stephanie, her children and grandchildren how vile he and the Logan's are. I can't wait until Stephanie finds out she is the owner of Forrester Creations. Steffy needs serious help, because Rick is 24-years older than her and if she really love Phoebe, Thomas, her mother and father she would not be carrying on like this!
When it comes to her children, Brooke has always turned off her head and won out over all borders.
Eric should've been the one to announce that Rick was leaving the company. Brooke was already conflicted about the whole thing and the pressure from the media made it worse. I remember watching this when it aired and I knew from the jump Brooke would not have been able to do it. She couldn't even get Rick to go to Paris, what made everyone think she could fire him from the company. I felt bad mostly for Thorne. He was finally about to get what he deserved and Brooke, like the coward she is, couldn't fire Rick.
@@RealTalk1411 I totally agree. But no-one thought about Thorne. It was a hit in his face for him. It wasn't Brookes business to announce the press, what is the decision. No-one had made the decision, that Thorne would be the vice-president, but she announced it to the press. That is unbelievable
@@feuerwehrluetzen FACTS!!! That was never the arrangement. Did you see Thorne's face when she announced him as Vice President. He was like "this bitch". If the press was smart, they would've known that something was wrong just by Thorne's facial expression when he was announced as VP.

@@henriettaowens6291 That's not the issue here. The issue here was that Brooke was supposed to announce that Rick was leaving the company and she completely went against the arrangement. Everyone agreed that Rick would leave. Rick was causing a lot of problems around this time but giving Eric's entire collection to Jackie M was the last straw. Rick had to go. All of Eric's hard work went down the drain because of Rick. He gave the designs to Jackie M just to get back at Ridge because Eric made him CEO and not Rick. He stabbed his father in the back. He could not stay. Rick had made way too many mistakes and it was clear that he wasn't learning anything from them cause he continued to make them.
Why not kick Steffy out. What does she actually bring to the company other than more unneeded problems.

Everything is not the logons fault Rick is a part of the company his father is Eric who owns the company if that was Brooke and them trying to firer ridge or one of the others children of the Forrester there mother wouldn't have stand for it neither so why should she not stick up for her son the same way they will stick up for there kids so she did the right thing by her child

I take Tridge over Bridge any day. They have much better chemistry on screen in my opinion and it never feels like Ridge is being forced to do anything when he's with Taylor. Brooke, on the other hand always prioritises her own and her children's interests over Ridge's, which leads to arguments and Ridge feeling torn and conflicted. I don't understand why he always crawls back to her...Tridge should have been endgame, but unfortunately, Bell Jr wants his viewers to believe in *"dEsTiNy"* and who knows if Taylor will ever come back at this point.

Rick was supposed to be fired and positions were supposed to be switched but things stayed the same. So... just upset for soaps sake 🙄

Listen everyone talk about the Logans sharing men. Well Rick, yes Ridges brother though not by blood was with first with Phoebe ( Steffy's) twin. They broke up because he cheated she was really hurt left then Taylor got involved with him, engaged and all and now Steffy.

This is idiotic... When Thomas acted way worse than Rick ever did nobody fired him. On the contrary... He was protected and Ridge got so annoyed that Brooke is angry that he had to kiss some trash woman from Vegas.

Every time Brooke shows an ounce of support or sympathy for Steffy or Thomas, it's always because she has some sort of agenda. In almost every discussion or conversation with Ridge, she always has to bring up Hope and her feelings, acting like it's the most important thing in the world. When Hope pushed Thomas into the vat of what she thought was acid, believing she killed him, Brooke hid it from Ridge and defended Hope by saying that Thomas "bullied her" and threatened her. When Vinny was run over by Liam and Liam was being held in custody by the police, Brooke wouldn't stop harping on and on about how Hope and her family will be affected, and never once thought about how Thomas felt about losing his best friend. She also schemed with Hope to gain custody of Douglas by drawing up adoption papers without giving Liam a heads up first, and allowed her daughter to emotionally manipulate Thomas into signing by pretending to flirt with him (something which Brooke was always the first person to criticise Thomas for!). When Steffy and Finn got engaged, Brooke said she was happy for Steffy because it meant she was out of the "playing field for Liam" and that her daughter's marriage wouldn't be threatened...and let's not forget the paternity test scandal resulting from Steffy and Liam's ONS- Brooke would only talk about her poor little Hope and how hard it must be for her, without even realising that Steffy would have been the most stressed and overwhelmed out of everyone involved- and of course, she completely blamed Steffy for the ONS without acknowledging that Liam was equally responsible.
This is only from the last couple of years of the show, by the way. But it's still more than enough detail for people to see how trifling Brooke is!
