Does this Shed have NZ's Best Mancave?

- Waikato Sheds constructed this shed in early 2021. 18 months later, Jason revisits to find what may be New Zealand's premier mancave bar and band room inside. The shed is made with Colorsteel and NZ Steel by Metalcraft Roofing, and the concrete and site works were done by A1 Bobcats and Concrete. KAB Construction took care of the building and Thermakraft Roof Wrap was used for insulation. Konnect Fastenings supplied all the necessary hardware. Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.

I was interested in the shed it's self. The finished shed that this company had built and what the shed company supplied. A mancave is a personal thing and will not help me decide on a shed design or a N.Z. Shed Company. Oh and don't forget to mention the one Waikato Company who installed the doors. Lets help Waikato. What company do you recommend for spray foam insulation in N.Z.???

How much did it cost? Concrete,steel framing,sheeting, plumbing, consent, electrical?
We only built the external shell and concrete slab it cost $93,000 NZD in 2020 which would have gone up by 20% to 30% since then with inflation.
Is the 93000 for the whole finished product? From start to finish
It doesnt include the siteworks, electrical or internal fitout
Crazy not insulating the workshop
It doesn’t get that cold in the Waikato so we don’t really insulate.
It's NZ they haven't come round to insulation yet. They're still wait until they decide they came up with the idea.

you mean within NZ? I don't think I've even seen another NZ mancave video. but if you mean outside of NZ then pretty much any other mancave looks better. This corrugated metal exterior with unstained plywood interior style makes me wanna barf (still awesome to have a mancave tho, just saying that this is not the best one)@@waikatosheds
Far from N.Zs best mancave...... its not bad, but there would be literally hundreds of sheds in new zealand with far better setup mancaves.
Fair call Dwayne it's one of the nicest ones I've seen with a workshop to match. We will be looking at filming more this year as we come across them. Cheers Jason
