I love listening to your DA what that man knows is priceless, Phil has a great teacher. I also love watching Tom Pemberton and his Dad and Nick`s Farm with his Dad, the Fathers working alongside their Sons and passing on their knowledge is Fantastic xx
Father Phil's cold is getting better. Tractors are high here in the US also . Another good video I will be looking forward to see what is going on next .
Was great to meet the whole family on Wednesday evening at the pumpkin patch, bit of a spin from cavan but was well worth it.Tea and buns from your mum and a chat with bro, Phil and your dad. And burgers for dinner today. Very tasty.
Quite interesting, and a worrying fact that everything is getting more expensive to buy, machinery and fertilizer etc, but the income from farming is not increasing that much...
Great video Phil Jezus father Phil is a great man he has great stories and memories the price of machinery is crazy keep what you have they make the same money as a new one and no repayments like new ones
Phil lots more to talk about in that shed . Probably hang up the plates dress up the walls some. Why in Europe do you have to register tractors ?? Some people not have a truck ? Use tractors for mode of transportation. Or tax for gas and roads. Country of origin? In America strap on a SMV plate you can drive A 1920 or 2021 tractor right down Road . Good as always 👌. Thanks
The father is a terror for number plates, he could happily reel off every number of every car he ever owned, and vast majority of cars his friends and colleagues owned down the years too! It'd be his mastermind subject for sure 😂
Have fair few English and Northern Ireland plates me self bought all my cars in the North or England for last 15 years this Knox charge on top of vrt is a disaster. Cars are same look at them here there rough and low spec compared with UK
The knowledge in that mans brain along with Tom Pembertons Ginger Warrior is something else… it’d be great to sit them down for a Q&A together someday.
Father Phil's memory is something else. If you could find the wall space for it, I'd say hanging a few of the plates up and maybe a label underneath to say what they are off would look good
I bought a J reg (92) Ford 7810 reg J795VNT , and a 3 year old class 46 chopper baler in 1999 for £20,000 sterling from burgess in the UK , if I had the tractor today it would be worth that
Great video Phil everything things mad dear now cheaper to buy new now better value last tractor I bought new 7year ago trading in for new one again save on breakdown and lost time keep up the good work.
Great vid amazing what memories are and how your life is where it is due to all those number plates! We made our first purchase for next year with SGV Saddle tanker which makes our Fastrak look small. We have found out would be good idea keep 1050 but if you had money and could buy your dream Tractor or have one yours completely restored what would be. Plus Claas Jag 12 plate or and 12 row header £60k together or £45k Jag £15k header. Genuine sale 1600 over working hours. We have Fendt and want new Claas so we're selling one of our 2 older Claas and ged rid Fendt because it don't like even damp corn and considering maize starts Sept.
Can you give do a video on some of the cars you got sometime..... like on the 2 that was beside the coffee station at the pumpkin patch and d car that's beside d massey in this video
What’s da car next to the tractor ZV 17 36, is it a Wolsey or a Austin? & jasus has the barber not got going yet since COVID 😆😆 or did he leave town 😆🤣👍
We used to have a 32 on a J reg, hope it wasn’t ours that burnt out on you. Was king of the shire at the time, printing out the till receipts of your yield to show down the pub for proof like…..
The "hot bun" videos are good, how does Father Phil remember all those details! Looking forward to the pumpkin patch vid. Oh I love the car in the workshop.
In today’s prices of tractors you’d be better buy something that looks rough and mechanically sound and tidy it up yourself because you’d be saving yourself a mini fortune at the present
Just curious, why do they require tractors there to have the number plates? It's sort of crazy, because here in the US, even with as expensive as tractors are, there isn't even so much as a registration or title that goes along with a tractor. All you have for proof of ownership is a simple bill of sale.
Number/licence plates are used for road policing. The police don't have to stop a vehicle to ascertain it's details if it's displaying a number plate and the public can use the number to report any issues to the police etc. A lot of tractors in the states would spend the majority of their time in a field, so may never touch a public road and this is possibly why it was not deemed necessary to put licence/number plates on them.
We have a 6190 with electric forward and reverse on a jf 900 and we have a 7718 on a jf 1060 and the 6190 is a way better tractor more go the video is on massey man gonslide 1060 gobling grass have a look at it

Father Phil's cold is getting better. Tractors are high here in the US also . Another good video I will be looking forward to see what is going on next .
Good to hear about all the tractors the price of tractors now and machines is not in line with what farming prices are
Was great to meet the whole family on Wednesday evening at the pumpkin patch, bit of a spin from cavan but was well worth it.Tea and buns from your mum and a chat with bro, Phil and your dad. And burgers for dinner today. Very tasty.

Agree with your comments about the cost of tractors these days, I have no idea how chaps can afford new yolks. Regards from South Devon.
I hope you're getting half the UA-cam money father Phil the big bucks he's making 😂😂👍

Phil lots more to talk about in that shed . Probably hang up the plates dress up the walls some. Why in Europe do you have to register tractors ?? Some people not have a truck ? Very interesting it seems like you be better off buying a tractor instead of putting money in the bank 🧐
Great video phil, great to hear father phil again, Hope he gets rid of that cough soon, get the 6290 and the 1200 up n running be good to see.

Da big boss has some memory, mighty stuff
Great video
These are very enjoyable videos. Love the stories. Keep it up guys.
You have the makings of a calendar here, a plate or four with a picture from the past if you have one.
Father Phil's memory is something else. If you could find the wall space for it, I'd say hanging a few of the plates up and maybe a label underneath to say what they are off would look good
Love to see a video on machines that’s haven’t moved and also you should do will it start if you get time farmer phil
I bought a J reg (92) Ford 7810 reg J795VNT , and a 3 year old class 46 chopper baler in 1999 for £20,000 sterling from burgess in the UK , if I had the tractor today it would be worth that

Was it four wheel drive ?
@@FARMERPHIL3690 no it wasn’t
Very interesting video farmer Phil and father How’s your uncle Ian
You should write on the back of the number plate the details of what tractor and where they came from. So you can look back in 20 years.
What does the future hold for your contracting business, if tractors are so dear. Is there a point where you cant donit anymore
I'm guessing with the YIL plate that the 6480 could have came from William Bell and Son in Fivemiletown originally
It did yes.
The "hot bun" videos are good, how does Father Phil remember all those details! Looking forward to the pumpkin patch vid. Oh I love the car in the workshop.
You guys have had some pretty deadly tractors over the years.
I guess I better go check that 6280 now make sure she doesn't creep LOL
Afternoon
ESH reg plate is south east scotland ( berwickshire) probably registered by Ancroft Tractors!
Dust off that yoke in the corner this winter hey 👍
Tell yur pop for me ,, "It's all great fun" for us in the recliners that have retired to our porches and have worked all our lives too .. ;-}
Father Phil on form tonight 👍
Nice sand blaster what kinda money
In today’s prices of tractors you’d be better buy something that looks rough and mechanically sound and tidy it up yourself because you’d be saving yourself a mini fortune at the present
What’s the diagnosis if the tractor creeps forward surely it’s repairable ?.
A lawn mower is stupid money now tractors are just gone off the scale
“Those were so good” he says pointing at a tractor in the workshop for years.🤣
Only lying years cause they buried the poor yoke in the back of a shed 😂
What’s the old car in the back
That loft needs more steel under it. For the weight you are putting up there that wood floor is not enough.
So every Irish dad is the same be it cars or tractors
Dead right the price of machines are gone ridiculous.. Eventually no one will but then if they keep rising
I'm a poor man I made this channel to help my family 👩👩👧👦

Are you making a video about harvesting the potatos?

R u still at the punkin patch
We have a 6190 with electric forward and reverse on a jf 900 and we have a 7718 on a jf 1060 and the 6190 is a way better tractor more go the video is on massey man gonslide 1060 gobling grass have a look at it
