A lot of these kind of rhythms can be found in the Carrie Chafee’s classic book “PATTERNS” /book number one: “rhythm and meter”

awesome, but is it natural sticking?

The initial goal of the exercise is to get the timing solidified. The sticking could be natural starting off, then once you get a hang of it you can make your own variations of stickings to practice along to. I’d suggest starting off natural, then once you feel that you got a very good grip of the exercise and play it “perfect” every time, then you could approach it with your own variations. I say “perfect” with quotations because there is always room from improvement and nobody can every truly play something perfectly. But once you get there you can take any exercise and change it into a whole new exercise just by adding dynamic changes, changing the stickings, or even adding flams, buzzes, or rolls in places. I hope this was in any way helpful to you or anyone else reading.
