Sing Scale Degrees - Key F

This is a 10+ minute version of the key of F scale degrees practice video. The idea is just like the solfege series except you're singing 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 1 instead of do, re, mi, fa, sol, la, ti, do. You may prefer this for a variety of reasons but I imagine for those who are in "fixed-do" countries this is a much less confusing way to go about it.
As I mentioned in the solfege videos; as an alternative to singing outloud you can try doing audiation. Either just to mix it up or because you don't feel comfortable singing out loud for some reason or another. What's audiation? The act of imagining music in your mind. Really try to imagine yourself singing the scale degrees in your mind. You should find this becomes easier with practice.

I think I'm just going to make my way through them stepwise this time (ie C, Db, D, Eb, E, F, Gb, G, Ab, A, Bb, B) instead of the circle of 5ths approach I took on the solfege vids.
