So, today I will be taking y'all through my move from leaving Canada and moving back to Nigeria, what happened and is still happening. Yesss y'all... we are on a move back home to the motherland, Nigeria from Canada. What makes this even more adventurous is that this is my first time in Lagos , Nigeria. Hope y'all enjoy exploring Lagos , Nigeria from going to Idumota Lagos Island market to Lagos nightlife and the move overall with me :)

After I got saved, I started and continue to get a stronger relationship with God everything got and is getting better. My thinking, my relationships with people, my life and I have someone who I can rely on which is God. Romans 10:9-11 (KJV) That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
John 3:16 (KJV) For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Pray this prayer( the prayer doesn't get u to heaven but believing with ur whole heart does). Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner and that I deserve hell. I realize that you died in the cross and shed ur blood to save me. Please forgive me for my sins and come into my heart and save me now. I am trusting in you only for my eternal salvation. Hi, welcome back to Nigeria. You asked if there was a first and second mainland bridge. Yes, those bridges exist. However, they aren't named first or second mainland bridges. I guess the person/people who named the third mainland bridge couldn't think of a name for it so they left it as is. It is the third bridge that links the mainland to the island hence its name. The others are the carter bridge (linking from Iddo to Idumota) and the Eko bridge (linking from Ijora to Apongbon).
Well explained 👏🏿👌🏽. I also heard over the radio sometime ago that the 3rd mainland bridge is actually named Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida bridge 🌉. IBB. I guess people preferred to call it the 3rd mainland name not wanting to remember the military junta days.

There is a first and second just beside third mainland bridge. You can see them to your right across the water. They are called Eko Bridge and Carter Bridge. Those two also connect the island to the mainland.

There is actually a first mainland and second mainland bridge, but it’s no longer called that, that’s why people don’t know about it.
The carter bridge is the first mainland bridge
The Eko bridge is the second mainland
And the third mainland is the last and it’s also the longest that’s why it’s that popular

Una for go yaba, it'd have been very easy. Lagos Island market is big, so you must've walked a great deal to get anything you'd want. Happy for you. 🥰🥰
Also be careful when filming, or holding your camera in the market, you could get them snatched. Or agbero could harass you to drop something, they are already being sensitised with social media. So if they see you with camera they'd assume you're rich and demand dropping.

@@AdannaMadueke wrong choice love, even going on a Sunday was another recipe for disaster.
The thing is depending on what you want to get bags, shoes, ankara, ready made wears, sewing materials, event decor even bridal, there are different points you enter through into the market, closest to where you're going to get those things.
So If you're going, go in the morning, arrive there latest 9am , I leave my house 7:30am😅 and arrive 10 am or 9:30am if lucky. That will allow you to get through the market easily, because come 12pm or afternoon, and its packed, when I say packed, I mean stand still holdup even okada and people can't move easily PACKED.
I'm still don't know how to navigate that market, but always ask questions from people who know it before you leave. Hehe, at least plan how you go waka before you commot from house. Thats what helps me. I leave usually by 1pm or 12pm, from the market😅😅

Welcome back, I come back home after 10 years, without visiting not in single time. I hate here 🤣🤣🤣🤣 but the food is too damn good, it's been 5 years and I haven't fully adjusted it's hard but home is home.

I'm afraid of the crime, but its here in Florida, USA too! lol I just want to see the land my ancestors come from. There is more crime in one city in Florida than the entire Lagos state and all the southwest states in Nigeria combined together... I really mean that..so, you are safe...just take the same precaution you would take in some neighborhoods in any city in the world. You are welcome.
