Checking the other chapters, it looks like this manga will delve more into the worldbuilding aspect of the series. The framing of a travelling doctor and a kid with mysterious origins makes it a perfect excuse for exposition dumps I hope it continues for a decent amount of time.
Yeah, I'm looking forward to the building up of Earth and more about Vanadis. Also about Kiyu's backstory, since we got a bit of Vilda's in chapter 2. Definitely sticking with it, it's been pretty fun so far

Might not happen tbh, there's so much Gundam manga and LN's that have never gotten a western release. Maybe if they deemed the WFM anime popular enough it'll come over, but I'm hopeful
