Good to hear that you can build the hand as either a left or right version. I pre-ordered two with the hope that I could have it dual wield.
how did you even get an order in?
@@meow-meow-beans I live in the US so I was able to order directly through P-Bandai. Usually as long as you get there within an hour of when pre-orders open you can get what you want, with few exceptions (thank god they did 3 runs of the Neo Zeong).

Fun fact: Zeonic has the next two chapters of Vanadis heart, but you have to go into the url and change the 01 or 02 to 03 or 04.
My main issue with the Lfrith Jiu is that the Tiger Hand expects you to put absolutely microscopic stickers right on top of where its fingers were connected to the runner, which after two and a half hours of building my hands were just too shaky to do. I ended up using a metallic pink Gundam marker which was exactly the right shade. It was messy since it was my first time using a Gundam marker, but it ended up looking great!
my main issue are those v fins. this kit would look waaaaay cooler without them, they look goofy ahh hell on it. if i get this i definitely won't use those v fins
I like to use tweezers to put stickers on. It's like I'm doing surgery

another cool kit. i myself just finished building the MG Stark Jegan. i havnt built the regular jegan yet, but this was a fun easy build in my opinion and i loved it and it looks great and cant wait to hopefully see you review it someday.
I agreed, I’d like if they reveal the full Mecha of the Tiger Arm, and one can only wish that after they reveal it, we get a kit for it.

I think we should have another mid-tier between Gundarium and Platinum or between Gold and Platinum, whatever it will be, the Gundarium kits will maintain their supreme quality, while new kits can be better evaluated.
GWitch has upped the model quality so much that you can throw the entire tiering system out of the window.
Mj2005 has the best rating system in my opinion. It’s just strongly recommended, recommended, recommended, suit yourself, discretionary, and avoid. Shows his clear preferences, but not too specific as to dismiss older kits as outright subpar or crap.
Honestly, Mecha’s tier system is bullshit. He calls IBO his favorite line of kits one day, and gives them bronze tier the next day because they’re old. Or he gives the first kind of a certain kit at gundarium tier, then the succeeding kits as platinum just because it feels slightly old or it was done before. Or how about something is almost Gundarium, but it still feels like an HG or something. On what metric!?
I think he tries to be objective with regards to engineering and current tech, but just can’t help inserting his biases. Because of that, his criteria are all over the place or just vague. Truth is, you can never have a consistent metric with gunpla since some kits stand the test of time despite modern tech.

Imagine a acessory pack that is the other parts of a Tiger's body, being: a giant bit/space ship like, the other arm(could be acimetric) and both legs toghether or separeted at use in a gund bit style
I made my own pre production version of the lfrith and the mirasoul flight unit painted up and just cut the ears off and it looks great

First time I bought a PB kit. Very excited but can't lie, I'm very disappointed the shell units aren't the same as Lfrith and Aerial
This is the equivalent of making the Moon Gundam, Hajiroboshi, or Astray Red Frame P-Bandai. Bandai is getting out of hand making even MC suits PB.
Since this is a more niche MS it’s understandable. Since it’s not mainline and pretty much only manga exclusive, they’re not sure if it’ll sell well so they’re doing a P-Bandai run to be safe instead of putting all their eggs in the basket and then it goes belly up

@@sir_coma60 I get what you mean. MG hasn’t gotten a good basic kit in a while. All we’ve been getting is MGEX, MGSD, and MG Ver. Ka. RG kits are good but the fact we got one super good G-Gundam kit and now we’re right back to Wing is kind of disappointing. Can’t say much about HG since it’s just a fun middle of the line kit line and since this is a HG I think the HGWFM line is really good
Or G Gundam lead cast kits or Wing upgrades or basically everything.

I think I'm starting to notice that I like gundams that barley look like one but has some of the core elements.
Seems you could definitely use the “backpack” adapter part as the actual shoulder and use the arm as the full arm
I love mecha and characters with big exo arms like this, would love to see the unit that arm came from too, maybe a full exo kit for a mobile suite of this ones size.

Ngl, I was hoping that G-WFM had Mobile Armors like Ibo with hashmal and the UC series. I have a feeling that G-Jiu's Tiger Arm came from a mobile armor maybe, imagine the WFM series' final arc was everyone fighting together against a Mobile Armor that could control/disrupt every mobile suit just like Quiet Zero.
I got an lbx custom weapon 14 instead last tuesday it looks like a giant ogre club/mace just perfect for non scale and 144 scale gunpla getting ibo/anime vibes.
I'm looking forward to reading this Manga. This is a great kit. I'm curious. Can you detach the right arm of Jiu and instead, attach the larger arm?
I bet you could use the adapter for attaching the arm into the back and put it in one of the shoulder sockets.
Already thinking about how difficult it would be to turn the fists in to claws if you ordered two.

Also I wholeheartedly agree. That smoky clear part apparently too "smoky" so that the glow can't be seen clearly unless you watching it from some angle.
Still, gonna purchase it though. I like gunpla with faceplate like that
Yeah definitely thought that too. But realized Bandai isn’t jacking the price on this release at least in the US P-Bandai the Jiu is $23 compared to the Lfrith which is $22.
But yeah wished the overall line didn’t skimp out on hands.
@@viperson9818 I think it's a great deal for 23 USD. I would have expected this thing to run for at least $30 given the massive extra arm it uses for a weapon.
This kit was awesome,but i still gonna prioritize the hg barbatos lupus and lupus rex first,those kit was badass

It would be pretty cool if they came out with more kits from this series that each came with a different giant robot part and once you buy all of them you can combine the giant parts into a full gundam mech, kinda like those dc legends toys you can buy that each come with a seperate piece of a bigger action figure.
Feel like that would just inflate kits prices with the extra parts.

This felt like using IBO design, blank mobile suit with weapons add on later on.
You know what it could've used? Beam effect parts.
1. Beam shots from the fingers.
2. Beam blades from the fingers.
3. Thruster effects for the booster.
4. Maybe beam effect for the defensive field if that's doable.
But at least this is not your typical sticker hell from "Premium" Bandai.
